Lil B was so ahead of the game. His run from 2009 to 2014 is legendary. I'm Thraxx, 6 Kiss, Blue Flame, I'm Gay, Red Flame, Evil Red Flame, God's Father, Illusions of Grandeur, I could go on.

huh?
He released this a few weeks ago and it's legitimely one of his best albums. His MIDI afro-jazz album from last year was also pretty good. TYBG

Thanks anons I highly appreciate the recs, as for right now I'm currently listening to the pic OP posted above. He sounds a lot better than what I expected him to be.
I’m God on that album pretty much invented cloud rap
Other good songs in there: Pretty Bitch, Myspace, Beat the Odds, I’m the Devil
>I’m God on that album pretty much invented cloud rap
Based take, it sounded pretty similar to early cloud rap songs.
I'm the Devil sounds so fucking transcendental like holy fuck I can't describe it because of how good that song is.
I’m Gay (for normies), God’s Father (his most cohesive work), White Flame, Evil Red Flame, B Unit, Trapped in BasedWorld

Lil B unironically is a better conscious rapper than Mos Def, Talib Kweli, and Common
Interesting take. I guess you could argue his sheer unpretensiousness and sincerity makes him more accessible the the rest. His positivity also stands out a lot more against the landscape of his time.
