He hasn't been around for a while. Nobody knows what happened to him.
On another note, pic related is fucking dumb and kleros will not succeed with this kind of thinking. They've said that part of it is a security issue (giving a shitload of pnk to a cex) but a low market cap is a bigger issue than cz having a shitload of pnk. Honestly I think they're just being cheap.

            Cooooope

it's not based, it's delusional. expecting the biggest exchanges to personally come to you and beg for a listing is a ridiculous fantasy. "bitfinex and binance are the only cexs worth listing on" is just cope, especially when neither of those can legally sell to america, the wealthiest country on the planet. their attitude towards the business end of things is not going to work, they assume that a good product is all they need for success, but crypto is an industry where non-existent products can succeed through smart marketing, it's not as simple as making a good product. Pnk being at 2.7 cents and dropping significantly from it's value in eth should be a wake-up call to them. Get good at getting people to buy pnk or die before adoption.

I hate to break it to you, but PNK is never getting listed on a major CEX. Even if one approached Kleros with favorable terms to list the token, I can almost guarantee you they won't go for it because Federico and Clement have repeatedly expressed their view that once a token is listed on a major exchange it inevitably invites speculation/volatility that doesn't necessarily always correspond to the actual underlying value or use case. They've also clearly stated that the point of the PNK token is for as many people as possible to purchase it and then stake it in the courts so as to maintain larger jury pools and thus strengthen the underlying fundamentals of the court system - a token that is susceptible to large price volatility and other shenanigans due to swing traders (who probably have no interest in Kleros as a project) doing their thing on CEXs discourages smaller/less wealthy market participants from buying and holding the token which again kind of negates the original purpose behind the token.
So while a CEX listing would absolutely be a great thing for PNK bagholders and probably good marketing for Kleros as a whole, it would undermine what they're trying to build (at least as Fed/Clement see it).
I'm not saying I agree or disagree with this position myself (reasonable arguments can be made for both sides of the debate honestly) - just that this is the perspective Fed and Clem have elucidated in the past and right or wrong wise or unwise it's probably what they're gonna stick with going forward.

This might be believable if Clement didn't have arb bots holding down the price or if he didn't active destroy the project via his own attacks. He doesn't give a fuck about Kleros long term and his actions absolutely prove it. He knows what he did killed the project. All his lies he spams on telegram are nothing more than desperate attempts to justify his embarrassing behavior. He lost his clout in the dev world. People are talking about what happened.

              >He knows what he did killed the project.
I haven't done a deep dive on the case 1170 shenanigans yet but based on what i've heard/read i'm def inclined to agree with you. And this is coming from someone who is absolutely in love with the idea of Kleros as a concept. You'd think the people who stand to gain the most from making Kleros work wouldn't be so penny wise and pound foolish to tank credibility of their own project for what probably only amounts to a pitiful amount of money in the grand scheme of things.
Fortunately, I fully divested before the 1170 fiasco to chase other opportunities with the intention to buy back in and then some right before Court V2 launched, but seeing Clement basically prove exactly what naysayers were worried about has more or less is nothing short of maddening and the reason why I'm probably out for good and not coming back.
I wanted it to work SO badly because it really is brilliant and very much needed in the marketplace, but I prefer to invest in people not projects and no matter how innovative Kleros is/was I won't park my money with people that clearly cannot be trusted.

what seperates kleros from what chainlink is trying to achive?

      Kleros is a subjective oracle

i think my wires got crossed. so am i right in thinking that chainlink would in reality fall back on a system such as kleros when it comes to a situation that involves disputes between what is 'objective'?

          Anonymous

Yes, kleros is supposed to handle what things like chainlink can't, it's not supposed to be a replacement for chainlink.

Considering converting all my PNK to LINK or ETH. Might pick up PNK again at the start of the next bull whenever that is. Thoughts?

If you’re gonna do this then trade it for ETH, LINK tends to follow PNK price action. PS no anon you’re not a whale for holding 300k Pnk
