LULZ / Misc

Just finished volume 1

Great read. Little bit repetitive about the kangaroo court chapters, but overall really eye opening. Didn’t think I could despise cops(blue caps in the book) worse than I already did, but here we are.

Any way I was wondering if someone could explain the ending.

We’re the younger guys making fun of the older guys for fighting in the war for a state that would throw them in a gulag? Is that what he(Solzhenitsyn) meant?

Same big nosed problem and Norf Korea has many Nosebergs supporting them during the war that created it.
Korea is another case of a country that was treated like shit because a lot of people there could easily see throught the bullshit of the sandn-words.

During war, the soviets didn't put their letters into envelopes. Instead they folded it into triangles like pic related. Everyone could open and read them.

Solzhenitsyn openly critisized Stalin in multiple letters when he was captain during the war. He knew the laws and he knew the punishments. He knew his mail was being read and censored.

He chose to go to gulag, thus escaping the front and fighting the germans.

And gulag was so terrible, he admits to have read scientific publications during his conviction. So he must've had acces to a library and enough time for reading.

        Get it now?

The first part of Solzhenitsyn's sentence was served in several work camps; the "middle phase", as he later referred to it, was spent in a sharashka (a special scientific research facility run by Ministry of State Security), where he met Lev Kopelev, upon whom he based the character of Lev Rubin in his book The First Circle, published in a self-censored or "distorted" version in the West in 1968 (an English translation of the full version was eventually published by Harper Perennial in October 2009).[30] In 1950, Solzhenitsyn was sent to a "Special Camp" for political prisoners. During his imprisonment at the camp in the town of Ekibastuz in Kazakhstan, he worked as a miner, bricklayer, and foundry foreman

The NKVD had camps where the suitable inmates, proficient enough for the task, were assigned to work on scientific projects. For example, the USSR's first atomic bomb program, overseen by Beria, was worked on by imprisoned scientists in camps of tarpaulin rimmed with barbed wire.

" entirely new political ideology, the fourth political theory, which integrates and supersedes liberal democracy, Marxism, and fascism.[1] In this theory, the main subject of politics is not individualism, class struggle, or nation, but rather Dasein (existence itself).[2]

The book has been cited as an inspiration for Russian policy in events such as the war in Donbas,[3] and for the contemporary European far-right in general.[4]"

Yep, it is ideology of future. At this point if you are not believer of this ideology in my view you should be exterminated. Huamnity must progress to next stage. Putin is guiding us into that beautiful future. You must read it, you must spread it, you must commit your life to this and bring it. If Germany adopts this ideology then you will be leading humanity into the next evolutionary stage. THe next pinnacle.

                tldr
We must remove ourself from all prior ideologies, nationalism, marxism, fascism, democracy are 20th century outdated concepts. Race has been deconstructed, nation-states do not exist, and social fabric of society has changed dramatically. Technology for example has led to so many new avenues for ways humans live that no 20th century iedology can remotely account for it.
Therefore, we must embrace a Eurasianist world vision that seeks to accomplish several goals:
1- Create new race of mixing and promote healthy relations between races
2- There are positive qualities to nationalism, communism, fascism, and democracy that must be harnessed in the new race and society by taking from each the best of them
3-This can only be accomplished through strong, central State given strong powers to accompish its tasks.

This is what Putin has done, transforming Russia over last 2 decades into marvelous progressive country with advaned technologies, safety, strongest economy in the world with best perofmring currency, and a military that wins. Putin also got all political ideologies to accept him and 4th Theory, Muslims fight alongside Christians, Asian and Slav mix and celebrate, all races are welcome, etc etc. If we do not accept this new vision of society we are doomed. We MUST achieve this, you MUST spread this ideology and you must do all you can to aid Putins vision. I suggest spreading this to friends and family, get involved with local politics, transform your population. Disarm your government, leave NATO and EU, prepare way for liberation etc.

A lot of the stories that Solzhenitzyn tells at the start of the book aren't true. Solzhenitzen himself says that they are just rumours that he heard from other prisoners while he was in the gulag.

Some of the stories that Solzhenitzen tells are fucking retarded. Like his claim, on page 116, that NKVD men would savagely beat prisoners but that the beatings didn't leave any marks on the prisoner's body because they used rubber truncheons. Right wingers believe this shit for the same reason that leftards believe retarded stories about the holocaust, because of confirmation bias.
    >inb4 it is possible to savagely beat someone without leaving any marks on their body

It is true that the NKVD would coerce confessions but in real life they'd just put a bag over the persons head and beat them with knuckledusters or a hammer instead of doing the retarded shit that Solzhenitzen outlines in volume I.

"The Gulag Archipelago" minus the things that Solzhenitsyn says were prison rumours that he head.

Or read "A Day in the life of Ivan Denisovich" if you want to know what conditions in the better gulags were like. Solzhenitsyn wrote that book from his own experience, not rumours he heard from other prisoners.

Ivan Denisovich is a fictional character.
              In a fictional book.

              I've read them all.
Does it mean fiction isn't 'real'?

It's like "All is quiet on the western front". The novel is fictional but Erich Remarque is obviously writing about his own experience on the western front in WWI. The story is fictional, but his depiction of what life was like for the soldiers there is fairly accurate.
