    Just fucking relax and take it one step at a time, you are not beyond saving just a little fucked up. What does your diet consist of? How much exercise do you get on a regular basis? The only reason you're catastrophizing is because it's likely you've never stepped out of your comfort zone

      This body is me at 25 after a 1.5 year depression spell, all I did was eat shit and game.
      I posted on LULZ abs they said it’s over and my only hope was to transition or kms
      I just look repulsive but I’ve been doing some body weight exercises at night so I don’t feel ashamed leaving my house.

    Hi anon, fitness fag here. You just look overweight which is easily solved with the two classics: diet and exercise.

    Make it easy on yourself and start with one. Eat the same crap but start to exercise. Or eat better and do no exercise. It'll already make a difference. And you don't have to make huge changes in one go. Just change one or two small eating habits to start with, or just walk for ten minutes a day. Small things built over time make big changes.

    It's easy to do. The biggest struggle will probably be willpower and motivation. That's more psychological and I can't advise with that without knowing more about you. But if YOU want to change, then it's down to YOU to do it.

    I'll be real with you anon this was exactly me a few years ago. You can change it but it's going to take a hell of a lot of will power and a complete shift in your personality to make it work.
    That gut right there is from sugar, bread and video games. You've ate nothing but shit and it shows. Save some money and buy a tread mill and weights. Look up guides on what techniques you can do with said equipment. Get use to working out for 30 minutes when you wake up in the morning and then do it again after you get off work. Diet wise you're gunna probably gunna have to go on keto for a few weeks so you can reset. No sugar, no carbs. All I eat anymore is eggs, fish, chicken, broccoli, salad and a random piece of fruit. Learn recipes on how to prep things using those and you'll be on your way to losing weight from just eating that.
    Do that shit for a week. At the end eat some fruit so your PH levels aren't completely fucked otherwise it will burn like fuck when you pee.
    The sad reality is it's going to take you at minimum two years to get back to looking normal but depending on fast you burn and gain weight you'll probably see results in a month or two. I know I did at least and that kept me motivated. I went from 165 to 125 in about a year and after bulking and doing more weight training I bumped up and am sitting at 135 now
