I go with my mother on walks down the road from my house, but I live in the countryside so it is quiet. Sometimes we will go drive somewhere else to walk and that can be nice too. I like to keep my mother fit because she is nearing 60 and once you get unfit in old age, it is a steep decline. I like to sit out side and contemplate on my own too, or just watch the cows in the field or listen to the rain. You got to learn to relax, you know?
