None of them. It's very dry (mix wise) and very empty and not busy. One of their most boring sound wise, might as well just pop in any Grateful Dead or dad rock cd and it's basically the same thing

I was into Centipede Hz for a while after my friends had all moved on from animal collective, but isn't everyone kinda tired of new weird america indie stuff or whatever? My city was 120 degrees all summer and the former president/ current leading candidate is being charged with pages of crimes, relationships are polycule mopefests and ennui is the mood du jour. it's not 2008 and everyone's just waiting to see zooey deschanel in another polka dot one piece. who could possibly give a shit about a band like animal collective today? they're so dated and quaint it's like watching Blossom on a square tv.

They're doing them themselves, crappy ass collage techniques. Shot themselves in the foot with this one. The album is fantastic and deserved another one of their iconic covers. MPP proved that alone can help an album a lot.
I like it better than Skiffs's but it'd be way better if they did something with the hand stamped aesthetic the Defeat promos had. make it relatively minimal with flat colors on a white background and it would almost be like some of the really early Danse-era art or symbols they'd use

All The Clubs Are Broken is one of their worst songs and Kings Walk is way too long for what it is. the mixing is some of the best though- would have preferred to hear Time Skiffs mixed like this
