      >vegetables
don’t liste to these stupids. Eat raw, uncooked for 80% of your days, yes even meat you can.
Beef liver, look up for PUFA and AGI (advanced glycaemic index)

Carcinogenic dogshit that prevents you from gaining all the benefits of natural sunlight hitting your skin
      >vegetables
Mostly undigestible and in some cases full of harmful oxalates. Fruits are okay
Rest of this advice is rock solid

Occasional vegetables are fine. Just don’t rely on them for nutrients because what nutrients may be present are hard for our bodies to digest. I stopped regularly eating spinach and I feel and look better because I think I was overwhelming my body with oxalates. I do use some veggies in cooking but they’re way safer once they’ve been cooked

Increasing vegetable consumption is ALWAYS beneficial and is the closest thing we have in dietary science to an indisputable dietary pillar that everyone can benefit from. Clinical studies (and meta analyses of those studies) have shown higher vegetable intake has a LINEAR correlation with life expectancy and all time mortality (meaning the more calories you get from veg the more benefit you receive)

Be incredibly skeptical of people who tell you to avoid vegetables because of any one specific "harmful" chemical. Knowingly or not, they are peddling misinformation.

Imagine being this stupid. If you’re afraid of sunscreen which has NEVER been proven to affect humans then you can use a mineral sunscreen which can’t get absorbed into the body. The sun has no special effects other than helping you create vitamin D.

Plant foods give you the most amount of anti oxidants which is the ONLY thing that fights oxidative stress, oxidative stress is the number 1 factor in aging so you want to eat a lot of different plants to get a lot of different anti oxidants as they all work in different ways.

Meat on the other hand is high in protein and eating too much protein overstimulates IGF1, MTOR and GH and ages you, causes disease and increases your cancer risk.

Plants also have fiber which YES you are correct you CANT digest fiber. That does not mean it’s useless because your body is built up by bacteria and the bacteria in your gut benefits immensely from fiber because they can eat that shit and cause a lot of positive effects for you hence why fiber is recommended to eat.

There are so many morons who talk so much shit when they dont even know basic biology, it’s insane.

If you want to stay young this

Sunscreen, moisturizer, exercise, not eating much sugar, eating lots of vegetables, dont smoke, dont drink, dont do drugs, dont stress too much.

anon is right. But also make sure you get quality sleep, not just enough hours but high quality sleep, buy a sleeping mask, buy sleep earplugs, buy darkening curtains etc.
And if you do eat plant based you can still include a few eggs and salmon, but don’t overdo it. Make sure you are getting enough nutrients, either by your food or supplementation, if you are not careful you might lack something such as iron, omega3 etc.

    adrenachrome?
In his case you can see changes in his eyes. Fat in his cheeks is wasting away. He clearly gets botox on the forehead. Beard and hair are professionally dyed weekly.

    Moisturize.

Vaseline isn’t talked about enough, but you can’t really slather it on your skin without looking insanely oily. Wear it at night.

i don’t think he is supposed to show not ageing, but the opposite, right? because he’s wearing a shitload of makeup, got obvious botox on the right, yet still has crow’s feet like a 40 year old. granted, he might be older in that pic, but it still required makeup and botox.
doesn’t look "young" to me anymore.

stress less, eat well, look at your folks and ask them why they aged so poorly and do the opposite. If they drank alcohol then don’t, if they ate terribly, don’t, etc.

    Skin care!!!!!

Keep up with the newest advancements in anti aging tech and follow the diets and habits of old people who look exceptional for their age.

Honestly if you can google/youtube a lot of their secrets and regular habits. Stop being lazy or age like an elderly mans wrinkly ball sack.

Things that actually age you quicker:
    >the sun
    >smoking
    >drugs
    >dehydration (the only part of alcohol aging you – s. korea and switzerland are top 3 longest living people and they drink as much on average as russians)
    >sleeping too little
    >stress
    >vitamin or mineral deficiency
    >eating more than 75g protein/day
Things that actually slow down aging
    >fasting
    >vitamin c
    >niacinimide
    >(t)retinol
    >moisturizer
If you avoid the sun, eat a complete diet, get enough sleep and do 3 minutes of skin care a day with just the above, the rest comes down to genetics

That’s all practical shit, but if you have extra money you can run in start getting light work done, like laser/facial peels/fillers, and a facelift which I feel like 99% of people would benefit from a facelift in their senior years apperance wise.
