                like 100 squats a day when i feel like it. doing more is a lot of work
                overall i wish i could do more, it does help me feel better about my body. but that isnt always top priority

    lots of steps. go to your local stadium and run the bleachers. do this with weight in a proper backpack. youll have thick muscle thighs and a tight ass

      nuetral for both of you, its just an androgynous body that doesnt work out. ops shoulders are even hunched forward she really needs to get herself together before she develops problems from sitting on her butt all day
