There are creatures IRL that pass the harkness test like dolpohins and killer whales because they're able to communicate in their own languages and have an intelligence that's basically comparable to humans but its still beastility.

Are dolphins really of comparable intelligence to humans? Then why are we the ones who've built a civilization and not them? Is it just for lack of opposable thumbs on their part?

Their intelligence is comparable to some humans we consider capable of consenting, not necessarily whites.

A big problem with captive orcas is, surprisingly, Orca whales from different parts of the world have different dialects. They cannot talk to each other in the tanks, just as I'm guessing you couldn't speak coherently with a random plucked out of Korea and Swaziland. I suppose until and if we were ever able to coherently translate dolphin sounds into human meaning, that would be the barrier for language. I would guess we call it "language" because they all talk and make noises often, directly to one another or the group, and their sounds can be coherently understood by their group.

            Anonymous

Wikipedia says that one of Swaziland's official languages is English, so if they're educated I probably could talk to them, but I get your point.

My dumbass thought it was one of those places either deep in the jungle or on the savannah where nomadic hunters are, I'm genuinely surprised English is an official language.

Like most countries in Africa have French or English as one of their official languages, because most of Africa was colonized by France or England.

in the OP, at least, this is not a test for real animals but for ideas expressed in hentai.
notice that if the animals are drawn with human eyes he doesnt call it beastiality.
i think the artist would eventually be compelled to admit his "furry" pornography is morally reprehensible - just not as beastiality.

im going to respond to this post as if it were written by a sincere person who wants to be reconciled with the person he's questioning.
its relevant when a kid or her baby would die if she were to git pregnart.
its not applied to animals because morality is for people.
its also not applied to animals because theyre better fit to give birth at young ages.
pregnancy for humans is particularly threatening. walking upright has made it a problem, as have our big brains which require extensive development time, and our complex societies which take time to understand.
we build our environments on a scale that animals cant fathom and im not just talking about cities, but completely virtual ecosystems with virtual threats and pleasures. and im not talking about the internet. im talking about the scope and relevance of ideas themselves, which to us act like biological appendages.
if you tell me to take meds im going to assume you're just dumb.

Yes. Most of the time people say bestiality is wrong because the animal isn't intelligent enough to properly consent to sexual activity.

For example fricking a dragon that is equally as intelligent or smarter than you and can communicate to you in your own language would be morally fine. I mean no one is getting hurt or forced in this situation.

In the context of the image sexual maturity is used in the biological sense. A sexual mature animal is not necessarily older or experienced or even fully mentally developed.
