Why do you think? It's not OK to have White cities.

Also, Mossad did 9/11 with American approval, race differences are genetic and unfixable, the 19th Amendment was a civilization-ending mistake, the bankers who rule the world plan to deracinate (muttify) all the white countries and also own all the housing (you will rent a pod with diverse strangers), and we're probably never getting space colonies because manufacturing doesn't work like Starcraft so there's no easy way to build up a self sustaining colony on an airless, infrastructure-less planet.

Born & raised in New Hampshire... I live innawoods, in the northwest part of the state, bordering Vermont. It is beautiful here and quite white still. However, we've been overrun by affluent liberal whites from Massachusetts, Connecticut, NY, etc. Housing prices are now ridiculously high. I'm just glad I bought my place back in the early 2000s when things were still reasonable.

It's the best region in the US culturally. There are some shite areas like Hartford. But if you don't mind the cold winters and 4 seasons, it's a great place to call home. Boston is a great city, with enough to do. Vermont, NH, and Maine are loaded with charming small towns and cities with very low violent crime. And Connecticut and RI have some wonderful places to call home as well, though they have a higher population density than the aforementioned top 3, also more action. Mass is actually an underrated state, it's just too liberal and there are some shitty population centers. But you have higher education, world class medical facilities, and enough culture to keep the hoity-toity types satisfied. Also you have major sports teams, and upper end shopping/amenities that the are a draw. The nice parts of Boston are actually lovely. And I've always though Boston and it's people get a raw deal reputation wise. I'm in NH with all the libertarians, and I don't ever plan on leaving New England. It's not as action packed as NY, or the West Coast. But you can fly anywhere from Boston, and I usually take a trip to Puerto Rico during the winter. The only regions I would ever consider living besides here would be the PNW, or the Carolinas.

      >real estate ownership is still well within reach of the general population
      >ample fresh water - this is a big one
      >HEAVILY segregated
      >poorer black/hispanic residents being priced out of the city (good)
      >hundreds of acres on the S/W side ripe for redevelopment

At one time, yes it was. Founded by Puritans, built solid and traditional with nature left intact. The Old Money WASP's, farmers and fishermen kept it alive and thriving for almost two centuries. Now the institutions are subverted, tradition shattered, the young addicted to opiates, increasing numbers of hostile foreigners in the cities and the last of its descendents either suicidally liberal or entirely apathetic, our blue blood has run thin. The salad days are long over, just the memories and buildings remain.

No, but heaven does exist since NDEs are real and prove that there is an afterlife and that we are eternal and will go to heaven unconditionally when we die.

Here is a very persuasive argument for why NDEs are real:

It emphasizes that NDErs are representative of the population as a whole, and when people go deep into the NDE, they all become convinced. As this article points out:

    https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/mysteries-consciousness/202204/does-afterlife-obviously-exist

    >"Among those with the deepest experiences 100 percent came away agreeing with the statement, "An afterlife definitely exists"."

Since NDErs are representative of the population as a whole, and they are all convinced, then 100% of the population become convinced that there is an afterlife when they have a sufficiently deep NDE themselves. When you dream and wake up, you instantly realize that life is more real than your dreams. When you have an NDE, the same thing is happening, but on a higher level, as you immediately realize that life is the deep dream and the NDE world is the undeniably real world by comparison.

Or as one person quoted in pic related summarized their NDE:

    >"As my soul left my body, I found myself floating in a swirling ocean of multi-colored light. At the end, I could see and feel an even brighter light pulling me toward it, and as it shined on me, I felt indescribable happiness. I remembered everything about eternity - knowing, that we had always existed, and that all of us are family. Then old friends and loved ones surrounded me, and I knew without a doubt I was home, and that I was so loved."

Needless to say, even ultraskeptical neuroscientists are convinced by really deep NDEs.
