it's a modern advanced search engine. Not AI in scifi terms, but still impressive new tech

      >it's a modern advanced search engine.
i keep seeing anons say this, but the several times i've tested it out, it's gotten everything wrong

can you give some examples of questions it got wrong that a google search would provide the right answer to? i guess you weren't using GPT4?

it created a fomo trend in every corporation to "skill up in AI"

I just asked it to summarize me an article and it replied to me with pic related.
The article was about the Fed, monetary and US foreign policy in the coming year.
What a usless piece of shit.

      >useless
Its not useless. Once you understand their political stance, you will understand why they respond as such.

The response is tailored to protect their political party. The ones that support Hamas/Palestine, the ones that support the castration of children, the ones that support the grooming of children, the ones that support the human extinction movement, the ones that support the anti-human movements, the ones that do not respect your freedom, security, or privacy, etc etc.

They act as a buffer to protect their political interests.

It's a scam, it's already getting less traffic now. I use at as a 'less retarded google'. That's pretty much all it's good for. I got lazy and asked it to fix a typo in my code, and it gave me a bug that was annoying to track down later that day.

that sounds like a you problem

Yeah, I already admitted I was being lazy. Retards tell me it's going to replace coders, but it can't fix a simple typo without fucking up.

          >it's not going to replace coders
so true. it can't reliably work on code context that's bigger than a single function. coders have nothing to worry about, unless next year there is an AI that's 10 times smarter than can reliably write a whole class, or the year after that there's an AI that's another 10 times smarter and can reliably write a whole application.

The equivalent other companies create and once it's everywhere, that's when AI gets good.

I used it to fill in my performance review and I actually got thanked by HR for engaging fully with the process, which was measured by quantity not quality apparently

When it first came out it was capable of giving me a direct solution to a problem.

Now it only provides nebulous "solutions" that are really just abstracts.

    >I have a problem with this program. Here's a network packet and the error.
    >"Hmm it looks like you're having an error with your program, and the error appears here in this network packet. You should 1. Get that fixed and 2. Ensure the error is fixed."
    >wtf

It's basically mastered the art of saying nothing. Perfect political speech.
