Magnesium L-threonate. Find a brand that doesn't contain fillers. Such as stearates, stearic acid, and dioxides. If you have a thyroid issue, avoid veggie capsules (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose - HPMC, hypromellose, methylcelluose, or perhaps even plain cellulose). Since vegetarian capsules interfere with proper thyroid function. Stop taking veggie capsules if you notice itching in your thyroid region. This brand will do if you're not a vegetarian or vegan and if your body doesn't have issues with rice (such as bloating or constipation). Magnesium L-threonate is also good for tinnitus.

    It's called a dopamine detox.
    >Stop using or reduce social media
    >Spend less time on vidya
    >Spend less time on watching kino or anime
    >Workout (without music)
    >Read at least an hour a day
    >Listen to less music and more podcasts
    >Nofap
    >Stop mindlessly surfing the web unless its something genuinely informative. Take the RSS pill.
    >Focus on and improve productive or creative hobbies like cooking, drawing, making music or programming

Also unironically touch grass/go outside. Whether it be going out with friends, doing errands or going on a walk in the park.

homosexual normal fags have no ideea

I did all the self help bullshit

nofap just makes you so horny that you ask an ugly fat coworkers out, and makes your balls hurt when you do eventually cum

going in the sun got me pre-limphoma and I had to have my precancerous cells taken out in surgery

working out just has you hanging out with women who will eventually make you feel suicidal and miserable once you're over the thrill of fucking them

you also cant enjoy surfing the web mindlessly and hanging out, you have to be their instagram photographer and give them non-stop attention

you will be begging for being alone

programming is not a hobby its a fucking job, homosexual

Depends on whether or not you believe in free will. If you believe in free will, you will try to change your habits. If you don't believe free will, you will to change your environment.
