Is fasting a psyop?

>economy turns to shit
>food prices through the roof
>supply limited
>JUST FAST BRO, IT WILL HEAL CANCER

What if fasting is a desperate attempt to match demand with the limited supply of food out there? Google cannot be trusted anyways

Amerifat food is full of fucking poising, heavy metal, lead and and kind of fucking garbages, all endorse by the feds and the homosexuals at the FDA.
Heal cancer? Maybe not, but it will sure as shit save you from one.

It isn't, the amount of goyslop humanity produces is insane. Enough to feed everyone.

I've been doing it for a few years now and feels good. Also saves money to buy high quality products. Win-win in my book.

Are you supplementing enough salts? You probably aren't if you have an irregular heartbeat.

Feel better now. I was missing potassium and calcium. Also had a slice of cheese on my way out the door to go with the blueberries and cantaloupe (total estimated 180 calories). The last time I ate was sunday. On sunday I had 24 oz steak, bowl veggies, salad with home made dressing (macadamia nut oil and red wine vinegar), cheese... but i should have loaded up on a couple of bananas and fruit for electrolytes. I have been taking 1-2 teaspoons of salt per day with enough water to make it palatable but i think what did me in was polishng off sunday with 9 oz scotch plus running 2.8 miles on sunday and 2.8 miles on Wednesday. I have been taking 500 mg magnesium per day too so i suspected potassium and calcium... and was right.

Yeah you are not on the fast now. Be a man and accept defeat.

The body is not digital, autophagy will resume.

That is insanely stupid. You broke your fast by eating even one bite of food. Your body then switched over to regular mode again demanding food. If you know continue eating nothing, you are going to feel like absolute shit. Refeed slowly and properly primarily with protein and later with fat and try again another time

I know what im doing. This is my 7th time fasting. Last time i did 6 days with no issue. I no longer get the shits from refeeding. Fruit is your friend.

        Video of my last fast..

know your body and fast when you need too.
If you fast when you don't need too it greatly reduces the effects when you actually need to fast.
It's not a psyop fasting properly can pretty much cure you of any illness.

Have you ever fasted, nagger? It's like something magical, especially if you have decent amount of fat to lose. Unironically I feel the most spiritual when I am fasting and I am a full blown agnostic.

I thought I was in decent shape then I started fasting every day. I quit eating after 6pm and started eating at noon the next day. Any and all calories were consumed between 12 and 6. Black coffee and water only outside this window.

3 months later and I have dropped 10 pounds of fat. Stomach is getting tighter. Muscle definition over all is better. Feel stronger. Lifting more weight etc.
Not sure if this works for everyone but for me it's good. I'm eating less too. Saving a noticeable amount on my grocery bill.

We don't need to consume 3 times a day and snacks. This is just drilled into us by corporations.

      >t. lost 110lbs by eating once a day, consuming only high protein foods like eggs, chicken, beef etc.

Been fasting the last 5 years with one meal a day. Actually turned into a Greek God. Only down side is it makes those around you uncomfortable. They can’t cope with the discipline and lifestyle. I’ll go to weddings, parties, bbq’s and consume ungodly amounts of food compared to everyone else while looking lean and chiseled while everyone else is usually fat or morbidly obese. It’s like a life cheat code and that doesn’t even take into account the spiritual and health benefits.

        Yeah. This is real.
I have the same group of friends from when meet during uni (I am 32 now). And they are all obese, with literal heart conditions and battling diabetes while I am just balding, but keeping 80~85kg (I am a tall boy) since I was 19.
Wish I could post a picture from 2012 and one from this year to show how being sedentary and having a bad diet complete ruin your body in less than 10 years.

    >Limited supply of food
Food is one of the top things we waste in the world. We produce way more than we could ever eat, and end up throwing away a large chunk of it.

That said, fasting is fine when done in moderation. If you eat 20 steaks a day, you’re going to get very fat and probably die of a heart attack. If you eat nothing for 20 days, you’re going to die of malnutrition. So all you have to do is find the balance between 20 steaks a day and 20 days without eating. If this seems like common sense, that’s because it fucking is, and anyone who tries to sell you fasting as some kind of miracle cure-all is probably trying to get you to hurt yourself.
