forgetting the fact that you can filter your own tap water you can get a 36 pack of spring water from COSTCO for $5. Additionally they can still buy all that other name brand retard feed while they’re there.
yeah, this looks like the diet of a stoned teenager.
The most processed thing in my fridge is liverwurst, possibly the tavern ham, but it's no more processed than the bacon.
whole foods are the way. every once in a while I'll splurge on junk food, like a basket of fried chicken yesterday, but you are royally fucking up eating processed corn goyslop.
I think what people are referring to is gigaprocessed goy feed, such as froot loops, soda, potato chips, pizza bites, chicken nuggets, that sort of thing
It means food processed in a facility by industrial machinery. Literally everything in a grocery store is processed, including the veggies. When most people say "processed" though, they typically refer to anything that comes in a branded box, with majority chemical ingredients.
The only way to eat non-"processed" food is to buy food directly from a farmer either from his farm or at a farmer's market. It's possible, and sometimes even cheaper than grocery store food, but it's not a viable option for the majority.
>she should have bought less chips and sprite and spent that money on more frozen pizzas and hotpockets
This. Gotta have a healthy balanced American diet
I mean yeah it's stupid that it's mostly processed garbage in the picture but I went grocery shopping yesterday and it was about $110 for what I would consider to be a pretty healthy load of groceries. About a week's-worth of several kinds of vegetables, small pack of bratwurst, cod fillets that were on sale, small pack of chicken breast, couple loaves of bread, pack of bagels, cream cheese, yogurt, granola... Nothing that should be extraordinarily costly but the dollar or two extra on literally everything adds up.
How do I stop being addicted to soda, bros? I've tried to quit dozens of times, but it's too good. There's nothing that tastes better than a glas of coke with ice.

Second of all >Rice and beans
Every culture understands certain staples of a diet should be cheap. You can buy rice, beans, potatoes ect and make tons of food.
Americans get what they deserve.
how is that even bad for u? i looked it up and it said processed food is just food that has been smoked or salted or whatever to make it last longer. they been doing that shit for thousands of years
>or whatever to make it last longer
They will do anything to increase production and cut cost, including; and not limited to, knowingly giving you cancer.
What they do now is not the same as it was thousands of years ago
>They also add chemicals to it to make it addictive.
this is the crux of it all
I'm certain that, if we ever manage to leave this whole, in a few generations our time will be viewed as the spiritual dark age underlined by chemical addictions, processed foods, (a)social media, literal drugs
feels like we're in the middle of an overpopulation self-cull
I dumpster dive in Nyc and I find 10 kilograms of potatoes and onions on the regular some stores in the US have legal deadlines for throwing at produce when they arrive and of course some is spoiled others is fresh I have not paid for produce in years only meat, and even then chicken breast, legs, thighs, and lean beef, and organs will not be more than $4/lb, lean beef I find for $3/lb and stock up and chicken anywhere from .75$-2.49$/lb depending on what meat you are buying groceries arent expensive just learn how to cook and not be stupid and dont eat crap. Branded chips can cost more than a steak
Neither of those things are expensive, you’re rummaging around in trash to save like $5 a week. If you’re that hard strapped maybe you should take up begging too.
All i see is fucking chips, softdrinks and cereal, this is what amerisharts consider a "meal", just bags full of processed sugar with gutter preservatives.
I literally burst out laughing when I first saw this pic.
But it's absolutely true that food is ridiculously expensive right now. I'm an extremely frugal person, to a fault many would say so I pay very close attention to my receipts and how much things should cost. I'm one of those people that will go to another store because the milk is 49 cents cheaper there. Grocery prices have increased(and are continuing to increase) so much to the point where I basically get sticker shock every time I go. My normal weekly shop has gone from around 55 dollars to around 85, give or take.
I guarantee there are a lot of people who are struggling right now. Especially families with a lot of kids.
I refuse to believe she's making that to eat but just to get a reaction from the audience
Not because it's unhealthy because I'd try it up until the chocolate at that point it's just...why? why not throw some potato slices on top instead of chocolate? then on top of that you can put shredded cheese for a nice melt
I mean meme picture aside there is truth to it. I might be autistic, but I basically buy the same 20 items every week that i use for breakfast/lunch/dinner. My average cost was $4 an item or $80 a week. Now my average cost has climbed to $6 which is $120 a week. Its insane, $160 extra a month for my food bill despite literally buying the same fucking shit i always buy. Of course I am not making $160 more a month for my wagie pay. Also thats just food. Not even accounting for shit like gas. Everyone is getting squeezed bad.
Your image is bait, but yes inflation is fucking us up hard. Expect the government to do absolutely nothing as they are loving all the extra taxes this is bringing in. Bonus points for making people drive less too.
meh i just went to costco and bought. chicken, frozen wild caught shrimp. two organic chicken bone broth. canned chicken. big bag of organic quinoa, egg whites. almond milk,
only 110 dollars. ill be good for a week or two
just eat oatmeal. berries. supplement with plant protein powder.
maybe some potatoes, beans. lentils.
organic spinach. and ezekiel bread (best bread in the market).
drink only distilled water, or spring water.
no sugar
only supplements are bcaa powder and fish oil..
its cheap, and when i take my clothes off all girls are impressed with my DYEL body.
>almond milk >plant protein powder
Motherfucker you need WHEY. Nothing generates muscle after fasting like whey protein. Time and time again its been proven. And almond milk has 1/3 to 1/4 the protein per cup that regular milk has depending on the brand. Thats gains on the table you're just throwing away to buy a more expensive, more synthesized product. You're better off going to 7/11 and buying a gallon of whole milk.
Also what the fuck is the point of having low body fat if you're not gonna put in the work to get a 6 pack. And do more heavy curls, you over developed your delts so now your arms look small.
nah, most of it is filled with fucking hormones that make me break out...
it takes time to find good whey for me, and im too lazy to buy 100 different brands and test them out.. but from experience iso protein is what works for me. , but youre right im trying to save money, i need to invest into the iso, thanks bro
No prob, I too take Iso Protein, whey in the morning and casesin at night with creatine and milk before bed. You can't let your body go too long with protein, casein fills in the gaps when you sleep. Take it with milk instead of water so you body digests it slower.
America is a fascinating place. I can walk to a Whole Foods, almost everyone there is a normal BMI and buying produce. 10 minute drive to Walmart and everyone is on a mobility scooter, 400 lbs (or a 80 lb strung out crackhead), and buying nothing but goyslop. It's absurd.
Why is obesity such a problem in Burgerland? In Leafland people here are relatively normal sized. I've heard from frens that fast food portions in America are ridiculous in comparison, like the fries and soda drinks were 2-3x what we have here
burgers are fed like cows
food companies figured out they could just pump them full of HFCS and shit like MSG to get them physically addicted to the cheap high caloric intake
yeah and wierd enough for about 10 bucks I can buy enough to make salads for the family for a week (diced roma tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, spinkle leafy greens mixed with mushed avocado and balsamic vinigarette, olive oil, pepper)
>$155 of brand name junk food
Cut out the 7 bags of chips, 5 12-can cases of Mountain Dew, 24 can case of Sprite, the big box of Pop-Tarts, family pack of double-stuff Oreos, fucking overpriced Lunchables, and the brick of Philly cream cheese, and this is closer to $55 worth of food. >getting deli sliced cheese instead of just buying a brick of cheese and slicing it yourself
It's like this person is purposely choosing the most expensive way of doing things.
It's called learning to stretch your food. That pizza alone can last several meals if you just eat one slice per meal. I'd bet real money the family is fat as fuck.
You can tell she didn't go to college, that's where you learn to eat cheap. I used to buy a 3 dollar jar of peanut butter and a 3 dollar can of oatmeal, mix just like a cup or two of oatmeal and a couple tablespoons of peanut butter and you'll feel so full like you're going to explode, and won't get hungry for hours and hours. Also, salvage food stores are the tits, you can get more food than you can carry for like 20 bucks. I used to have big cookouts for a bunch of people every weekend, it was so easy even just working part time for minimum wage.
For $12 you can have bread for the rest of your life as the culture continuously replenishes itself if you feed it.
Get some backyard layer hens! They barely take up room, they will lay eggs for you, when they stop laying you can process them and eat them. They also give you free fertilizer and till up your soil for you. START A GARDEN. Just grow your own food, fags, it's the future(past).
>Waah waah I only buy overpriced brand processed food because I'm a fucking child and I can't afford it
Fucking idiot, $155 of actual food (rice, pasta, beans, lentils) would last him 3 months.
don't forget potatoes and in season vegetables are cheap as fuck too. Even eggs while they have gone up in price still pretty damn cheap and many cuts of cheap meats. The usa is one the cheapest places in the developed world for real food because we have so much cattle, pork, eggs, and wheat/potatoes here. Try buying groceries in singapore or japan and let me know how much meat costs
None of that is food short of the possible deli meat.
Deli meat isn't food.
The bread can be, I lived off Peanut Butter and Strawberry Jam sandwiches for a week once because it was summer and too hot to use the oven and I hate paying for the AC unit to run

what does processed even mean? i thought its when they like grind the meat up and make patties like the mchicken patties or bologna
It means food i dont eat
can you pronounce the ingredients

Gumbo, curry, chili, mostly things that you rice or some other cheap filler.
bro, I do the exact same thing.
Most recent make was stuffed peppers, before that corned beef w/ veg, split pea soup, beef stew, gumbo, etc.
Old fashioned peasant food is tits. Just freeze a bunch in little containers and you have food for a week or 2
>food
>food
>mountain dew
wut
Test
Dumbass had to go and get name brand shit too. Like learn to cook it saves money.
Fucking Mountain garden gnome, Sprite and shitload of chips. No wonder Amerisharts are so morbidly obese.
>4 cases if soda
>3 days worth
> the entire shopping list is just snacks with no actual food
Even as an American I'm appalled by this.

any fetus exposed to this syngenta/monsanto hellfood will develop into biofreak blobs
Do americans really buy this junk? Jesus christ
Stop being retarded. Everyone here is just as fat as americans
yeah and wierd enough for about 10 bucks I can buy enough to make salads for the family for a week (diced roma tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, spinkle leafy greens mixed with mushed avocado and balsamic vinigarette, olive oil, pepper)
I'd bet real money the family is fat as fuck.
yea that food could last months if u only eat one chip per day
a chip per day?!?
this food could last the entire colon- I mean family for an entire lifetime
you're just fat fucks
Maybe if you bought less junk food fatty
That is not food.
Learn to fucking cook actual food.
u cant cook ur own doritos dude u will never get them to taste right at home
You can tell she didn't go to college, that's where you learn to eat cheap. I used to buy a 3 dollar jar of peanut butter and a 3 dollar can of oatmeal, mix just like a cup or two of oatmeal and a couple tablespoons of peanut butter and you'll feel so full like you're going to explode, and won't get hungry for hours and hours. Also, salvage food stores are the tits, you can get more food than you can carry for like 20 bucks. I used to have big cookouts for a bunch of people every weekend, it was so easy even just working part time for minimum wage.
If they can charge more for food, you can charge more for your labor.
Can I have a pic of the full post so I can laugh along with some comments?

Start growing your own food. Take the sourdough starter pill:

For $12 you can have bread for the rest of your life as the culture continuously replenishes itself if you feed it.
Get some backyard layer hens! They barely take up room, they will lay eggs for you, when they stop laying you can process them and eat them. They also give you free fertilizer and till up your soil for you. START A GARDEN. Just grow your own food, fags, it's the future(past).

time to buy a lot of rice and beans vennie style.
americans are two legged pigs.
they'll eat shit if you flavor blast it.
and you can charge them for it too.
Checked. Kek what a bunch of fattys
>not shitting into a raised bed and fertilizing your own tomatoes
ngmi
most of that shit isn't food
