      on my drive to work each day i drive a nissan dealer, a jeep/ram dealer and a GMC/buick/cadillac dealer.

      they all have overflowing inventory now it seems. the nissan dealer has like 20+ armadas parked on the grass medians now. the jeep dealer looks like it has tons of wranglers and grand cherokees.

    I'm gonna buy new I don't give a frick anymore.
    The used prices are psychotic, and every carfax I look at for a less than 50 thousand mile WRX is like 12 different accidents and oil changes at the dealership every 10,000 miles or even longer. And they still want $2k less than new MSRP for these things. BRZ/GR86 same issues, and fricking forget about even an ecoboost mustang. Those wienersuckers are even more expensive and in worse condition at the same mileage here.
    By the time my new idiot mobile hits 150,000 miles I'll be too old and moronic to drive a fast car and can just putter around in a corolla.

      I was also thinking about buying a new brz/wrx, what didn’t you like? What would you suggest? I’m looking for a car that handles and is fast, these two only check the second box. V6 Camry is more expensive and fwd, but faster. Finally a decent bmw is 15k more and will have maintenance issues.

      When I got a new Toyota in 22 the only other used cars worth a shit with like 50k miles were asking 12-15k. Meanwhile a new Toyota was 20. It was the dumbest shit I have ever seen.
