I'm not baptised. Does that mean I can't go to heaven even if I live moral life?

Baptism is necessary. However, you could receive a supernatural baptism by angels if God finds you worthy. It's still playing with fire though.

Just wait for 18 years, go in a Christian country, find a random guy to baptize yourself.

Part of today's gospel, Matthew 4:16-17:
16 the people who sit in darkness have seen a great light,
on those dwelling in a land overshadowed by death light has arisen.”
    17
From that time on, Jesus began to preach and say, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”

    Get baptized and repent.

Why would God require anyone to get baptised

To start, it's Jesus' direct words.
        Mark 16:16
        >Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved; whoever does not believe will be condemned.
        John 3:5
        >Jesus answered, “Amen, amen, I say to you, no one can enter the kingdom of God without being born of water and Spirit.

This is the part of the Catechism about the necessity of baptism:

Correct, you can’t earn heaven just because you think you are a swell guy based on your own moral standard.

I'm inclined to believe that any church that uses one's "LEGAL NAME" is false and evil.

The Bible is a book full of inconsistencies and contradictions. Simply pick what you like from it and abide by that. It can be perfectly validly upheld. And those who disagree with the position are also correct because the book validly supports their position as well.
