High density, low calorie foods, and black coffee. Diet carbonated drinks are good because the bubbles keep you full but they make you hungry in the long run by activating insulin receptors, so try to stick to sparkling water instead.

        Count your calories, get cardio.

Boom, there's your crash course on weight loss.

Then you dont really want to lose weight and you wont lose weight. You need to want to be thin more than you want to stuff your fat fricking face.

That's why you need to eat less. Your body becomes accustomed to the amount of food/sugar you're consuming in one sitting and you feel hungry even after eating.

The best things you can do are portion control, cutring out refined sugar and any form of exercise. Weight lifting and cardio will really help you shift the pounds.

Start out with small changes and you'll slowly want to make bigger ones. The easiest ones to start with are stop drinking soda/pop and sugary drinks first of all. Get in the habit of eating fresh fruit if you have a craving. Fitting in small amounts of exercise for example walking home from work, taking the stairs where possible and aiming to do 20 push ups in the morning. You can slowly increase these changes as you go.

Do you have any knowledge about nutrition?

        Anonymous

Stuff like meat and dairy will fill you up with fewer calories and if you’re overweight junk foodie you’re probably lacking some vital nutrients which will help your hormones balance out as well, once you eat real food. If you try intermittent fasting then you might find electrolyte powder helpful (no sweeteners other than Stevia - others will raise insulin)

At the end of the day it is discipline and nothing else. If you eat cake or drink soda every other day you will not lose weight. If you do not change your habits you will not lose weight.
Every time you pass a mirror think of how good your face will look with its features actually expressed and not drowned in chub. Recognize it was ignorance or weakness that brought you to this state, and it can be reversed and is worth reversing with knowledge and strength. Remember that this takes time. A pound a day if you’re doing everything right is normal.

      I'm always so hungry though

Eat less Exercise more sums it up, but 'how' leaves a lot of room for debate.

Start with the obvious stuff & keep going until you make progress.
Cut out poisons; sugar, processed food, etc. Start exercising more, drink more water, regular sleep schedule
Eat lower calorie filling foods (snack on carrots). This means no bread; bread is calorie dense but doesnt fill you up, opposite of what you want. Meat and vegetables are good
Come up with a regular exercize routine that you can stick to. This can either be discipline or enjoyment (such as sports league); whatever you want to do. Its important to stick to it, its hard at first then it becomes habit after a month or so.
Why do you overeat? Is it stress eating? Find a healthier way to deal with stress, such as drugs sex or violence. I used to stress eat, but now I go to the gym cause Im a pussy.

Keep trying stuff till you find what works for you.

You're definitely in a predicament since women generally have slower metabolic systems than men, meaning you're gonna store fat more easily. The key thing to bear in mind is portion control, cutting out excess sugars and refined carbs, and to get light cardio exercises in every once in a while. I may be a man, but I lost 50 lbs that way years ago and it should do the trick for you too if you're young.

Animal fat. Add half&half to your coffee or have a glass of kefir. Works wonders. You should always eat some blueberries as well as they help regulate blood sugar. You won’t get those late morning/afternoon crashes. Either a carbonated beverage/lots of marijuana before bed also helps. Can’t exactly place which one but that will also kill your hunger.

    Green tea.

After that suffer through NSFFW and they will help you. The most important part of weight loss is combining diet with exercise. There are some simple and genuinely effective tips I can give you to start.

You need to clean up your diet. Relax. This is going to take time. Start with buying healthy snacks you do enjoy. Don't be afraid to dunk carrots into ranch but make sure you're snacking on fiber. You will learn that you want to eat around five or six times per day (surprise). There's debate as to why but I will tell you that keeping full with fibrous foods will help tremendously.

You need to get moving. Go to Amazon right now and buy a good pair of walking shoes, workout pants, and a shirt. Get yourself a new mp3 player and some new bluetooth headphones. You want to set these out each day. When you get home or when it is time to do your workout change into them. Don't fight the workout just change into them. In your current condition you want to start with brisk walking at least thirty minutes a day. I use walking as a conditioning tool (I am ultra built guy) and I will do 3 hour brisk walks to cut fat. Not kidding. You will eventually start running a little bit and then suddenly you are jogging.

You want to look into resistance training. This means weight training. Don't be afraid of this. If you truly want to lose fat and keep it off lifting weights will get this done. By the time you've made it here you've made major progress on your diet. At this phase you should be moving away from "get rid of carbs and sugars" to nutrition based meal planning. Relax, again this is months from now. Listen to me now and hear me later: women who lift weights have vastly different metabolisms than those who do not.

For now, you need to get outside and start that walking routine. Hit up NSFFW and shitpost. Get the couch to 5k program in your hands and consider it. Good luck.

Eat at a calorie deficit is the main thing. I'm 5'3 and I've always been thin, but after I had a child I gained a lot of weight and somehow didn't realize until I hit 205 lbs (baby brain and denial). I immediately started restricting my calorie intake and pretty much only consumed protein. I wasn't even particularly healthy, I just ate the bare minimum and also did the bare minimum. After losing the first 30 lbs (which comes off pretty quickly when you actually start eating less), I started walking and would eat a bit more so I didn't starve to the point where I'd get sick. It took a while to go from 160 - 140 and then I kind of hit a plateau, but eventually it just came off and now I'm 115lbs. Obviously working out and eating healthy blah blah blah is best for you, but it's not always realistic for everyone. A lot of people will just give up because it seems too daunting or because they're literally just too lazy lol. I always ate what I wanted, but if I had a higher calorie day (I didn't count at all) I would just make to sure eat less the next week or so. One day of eating unhealthy isn't going to make you gain any substantial weight, so don't be too hard on yourself if you have a cheat day. But yea look into eating at a calorie deficit and at the bare minimum get some walking in. I wish you luck, and trust me if I could do it so can you!

    Just Eat healthy,

Your food must include (only)long chain carbohydrates(noodles), Fats (plant+animal), proteins (animal / low-fat-quark) and some veggies (green+red), additionally vitamin+mineral pills.

    Combine it with gym.
Do it regularly and you 'apetite ' will go frick itself.

    Do keto diet.
Start morning with lots of veggies and 2 eggs, maybe some fish for om-3 or some sausage for fat. Also, add meat if you prefer. Don't go overboard, veggie volume should be more than fat/meat.
For lunch, also do something similar.
For dinner, just eat carbs that take a long time to digest. Boil rice and keep in fridge for 24 hours. Keeps glycolisis low. Maybe eat a medium potato or two boiled in water, with some ghee so less carbs get absorbed. Or you can just eat one or two bananas with some berries.

Every 2 week, do 2 days of water fasting. Don't forget the electrolytes. Put half tsp. salt in 1.5 litres of water and drink it. Do this only once during a fasting day, the rest of the water should be clear tap water or artesian water. Don't filter the water (unless you should). Don't drink coffee or anything except water during a water fast. Not even collagen. Anything with calories can potentially raise your insulin and your fast will be hindered, your ketosis will also be hindered. Fish oil may be okay, but I refrain from using it during a fast.

You will lose about 5-8 kg of water in a month this way and maybe 1-3kg of fat after losing water. Obviously this depends on your current weight.

Lift like a dude, unironically. Every pound of muscle you put on will burn an extra hundred calories a day simply by existing. Women are terrified of doing this because they think they’ll get “bulky”. b***h you’re bulky now. Squats and dead’s fatty, squats and dead’s.

If you want to go full anorexia mode, here’s what I did to go down from 240 lbs to 155 lbs:

    >Drink lots of tea/coffee without sugar or milk/cream(morning with caffeine, rest without) whenever you get hungry. I managed to not eat for over 72 hours this way, but I don’t recommend doing that for obvious health reasons.
    >Find food substitutes that have a similar taste but fewer calories. I replaced ice cream with greek yogurt that I added whey protein into. The tea part from earlier will reset your sugar taste such that this will taste very sweet.
    >Exercise a lot. Running and playing VR games helped me for a start, but I switched to…
    >Weightlifting, if you can get into it. Start doing female meme exercises focusing on legs like hip thrusts, Romanian deadlifts, squats, hip abduction, hip adduction(different from previous), etc. I recommend you train your whole body, but all the women that I’ve worked out with think they’ll “get too big,” so do the exercises that’ll get you a big tight ass.

I would recommend intermittent fasting. 8 hours eating, 16 hours fasting. Eat the most bioavailable, and nutritionally dense foods you can as your core and then add moderate amounts of side stuff to keep you sane. If you want sugar, try to go for organic fruit and maple syrup, but it's okay if you just want a snickers bar. No one can fault you for that.

When fasting, make sure you drink organic herbal teas. Why do I keep stressing organic? It's because fasting is already stressful and veggies & fruit come packed with a lot of pesticides, which will put even more stress on your body.

I would avoid stressful exercise like lifting, sprints, or running, and would go for -long- walks instead. If you're a big girl, chances are you've got some good muscles in your legs already for aesthetics.

You won't listen to me, but I really think this is the best advice.

Also, count your calories or you won't lose a single lb.

This is good advice. Though it's tough on your body and will age you a lot in a short amount of time.

Vitamins are very hard to digest. Better to eat raw oysters if you're near the coast, or raw liver if you have access to good grass fed butchers. Though raw liver is pretty unappetising. It's okay with apples though.

      Do keto diet.
Start morning with lots of veggies and 2 eggs, maybe some fish for om-3 or some sausage for fat. Also, add meat if you prefer. Don't go overboard, veggie volume should be more than fat/meat.
For lunch, also do something similar.

You will lose about 5-8 kg of water in a month this way and maybe 1-3kg of fat after losing water. Obviously this depends on your current weight.

Keto will lose you the weight but if your appetite consists of a lot of sugar cravings, this will be immensely counter productive.

95% of people who reach their target weight put back on everything they've lost (or more) within 3 years).
In a nutshell our understanding of the best possible way to diet is:
    1. Put yourself in a comfortable calorie deficit (using a weight/calorie tracker). Don't try to lose more than about 1% BW per week.
    2. Exercise regularly so that you don't lose much/any muscle and burn some extra calories (so that you can eat more).
    3. Eat a ton of absolutely miserable food - particularly fruits/vegetables. A kilogram of broccoli for instance is only 350 calories but after you finish it you will never want to eat again.
    4. Alongside with high carbs and highly satiating foods, eat a lot of protein. It will help you to maintain your muscle and also is very filling
    5. Space your meals out throughout the day (but no more than around 4 meals) and go hungry for as long as you can tolerate in the morning to front-load the difficulty.
    6. Take diet breaks. That means going back up to your maintenance calories (i.e. not just eating whatever you want) every 3 months or so for anything from 2/3 to 3/2 of the time you spent dieting. During your first stretch you might be able to get away with 6 months for a diet. Being in a calorie deficit is inherently fatiguing to your body and taking the time to get your body to a new composition will make each subsequent stretch easier and stop you from putting all the weight back on as soon as you finish.
    7. Have a plan for after you finish your diet and don't jump straight back on to pizza to celebrate. You WILL be hungry by the time you finish but in a month or so those feelings will get easier and you will be able to eat normally again.
Here's a video series covering what I've said in more depth:

And here's the tracking app I use to diet:

Which you can try for 14 days free with a referral code (i.e. SBS)

jerk off regularly it evens your hormones. Make sure to have enough vitamin intake so you don't crave uselessly. Start to move. Stand half the time you would sit. Schedule daily exercise. Drink only (real, unsweetened) tea, coffee, water, avoid everything else. If you have to sweeten your drink use erithrit, sweeter than sugar but won't get fat from it and even defend your teeth.
Cook for yourself. Don't eat bread or if you can't stop with it eat vollkorn. Don't consume anything with added sugar in it.
You might want to try out keto diet, it is especially useful if you can consume dairy, cause it allows you to eat cheese and other fatty stuff which makes you feel full.

Stop eating bread (including pasta, cake, etc...stop eating flour-based food in general) and start eating potatoes and peas. Put one very small pat of butter on each potato or can of peas, and add basil to the peas.
Eat white meat instead of red meat.
When you get bored and depressed from not eating bread or anything like bread and feel intensely hungry for bread-based things, fast for a day or two and then you'll be hungry enough to eat potatoes, beans, meat, vegetables even though it's not bread.

Quitting bread is very difficult and personally I'm not going entirely breadless but I'm also losing weight very slowly. Bread is a good food but makes and keeps you fat very quickly because it's refined and calorie-dense and carb heavy and carbs are what your body converts to intracellular fat most easily, far easier than foreign fat itself.
Also it goes without saying but sugar is worse than bread, stop drinking all sodas and stop eating dessert. Every time you crave bread or sugar eat a small potato instead, it will kill your appetite (not your craving but your appetite that goes along with it) and you will get depressed and want to lie down.

Potato products do not count as potatoes, breading does count as bread, fry less things and cook more things in the microwave or oven.

    Also my diet:
Breakfast: Muesli (i dont like homosexual cereal) 100g with 150 ml of milk
Lunch: Two slices of bread, 100g of bread and a slice of cheese (i think its around 15g or so)
Dinner: 100g of sausages, 1 portion of rice/buckwheat or 300g of potatoes and 100g or more of frozen vegetables

Honestly just cut out sweet and alcoholic drinks and don't snack. Have a cheat day if you reach a weight milestone.

Weed. You get munchies but when you're not high it gets to the point where appetite is pretty much gone.

This works. Even better if you have nicotine when you feel hungry while high because it kills the urge to eat. That said smoking is bad for you and is going to effect your lung health and skin.

do OMAD fasting if youre not busy with school or job. it requires drinking plenty of water, pissing frequently, and lots of walking to stay busy. diet can be your current whatever for dinner and still lose 10-15lbs/mo until you hit a plateau but cutting will give serious weight loss.

    Ketogenic diets suppress appetite.
You can forget to eat on them because your body just pulls the energy from your fat instead,

eat rice cakes, oranges, eggs, and other lowcal filling foods
take gummy vitamins to surpress cravings
after time your stomach will shrink down to a normal size
eat slower / chew more. it takes time for the stomach to register that it's full, leading to overeating which leads to expansion
