I'm a transphobic landlord with 6 transgender tenants (and some cis tenants as well of course), and I jack up the rent on my trans tenants at twice the rate of my cis tenants, every year. So yes, trans women do actually pay rent to me. They do not live rent free in my world.
why did you make up this fantasy just to have a comeback to "trans people live rent free in your head"
how big is your biggest apartment?
fake but i wish my landlord was like that i'd make hella lawsuit money
on what grounds would you sue? Being a tranny is not a federally protected class.
you can sue over rental housing discrimination in non shithole jurisdictions

good thing I live in based Texas, fuck off and die tranny scum
you deserve to be discriminated against, trannies are loud as fuck
enjoy the based trad blackouts ig
Texas has made a massive investment in solar energy to back up the grid, and, being that far south, it provides more than think.
Don't forget you're here forever
the Fair Housing Act protects prohibits housing and housing-related discrimination because of, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation)
sex ≠ gender identity
being a tranny is not covered
trannies cause way more noise complaints and property damage than cis tenants, my reasons are rational
literally 2 minutes of googling

that was about employment, not housing
that first article talks about how it also applies to the fair housing act
then the biden administration implemented it towards housing in 2021 according to the cnn article
it's untenable for sex and gender to be so intricately related in one ruling and have that precedent not applied in a later challenge. You're handing your tenants a civil rights case on a silver platter.
Lol retard alert. The way your brain cannot apply a lehal principle to two different circumstances and grssp the implications is funny. How are you so slow.

the biden administration can say whatever it wants, the supreme court is very likely to hold that hurting trannies is ok because they are based now
trans people are a public nuisance
lots of landlords are HUD welfare queens, so they'll have to listen to it
this is true. all the gay sex they have leaves poop splashes all over the ceilings and walls
its straight sex
it'd actually gay because they have penises
if they wanted the fair housing act to prohibit gender identity discrimination, they could have explicitly said so, they did not, so it doesn't
plus the high courts are now all (thank jesus) conservative so nobody cares about this weaselly shit anyways
if the supreme court rationalized the anti sex based discrimination clauses in the 1964 act as including discrimination towards gender identity in a formal ruling, then the same holds to the clauses on sex based discrimination in the fair housing act
also neil gorsuch is a trump nominated conservative lol
they have never enforced this
trannies pay more rent, stop being trans if you want to pay the same rent
they are now under Biden's HUD
name a single example of where they actually irl enforced it (trannies were made to pay more rent, court said stop it, they did)
That decision was made after all of trump's supreme court picks happened.
How are you such a kouth breathing politically unaware tard. How are you going to restrict trans rights if you don't even know the law.
Have your read Gorsuch's opinion in bostock?
I wish a landlord would do that to me uwu. daddy landlord dominating my finances
Tranny here in a state that doesn't really have trans housing protections.
Rent in the city has gone up like 50% since I moved in pre-Covid. Mine has gone up maybe 5%. It's not under rent control. Landowners just giving a good deal and I don't cause problems.
I[mtf pseudo-stealth passoid] had insane babytrans [possibly gay autistic] neighbors briefly though. Babytrans or autistic gay guy [short hair, tranny rather than flamer accent] as well as an early transition pooner or theyfab.
The walls were super thick but the autist would blast music at all hours of the day and I'd hear them fighting with the pooner constantly. The autist would talk about their butthole and anal sex extremely loudly.
The pooner had an extremely hot femme voice and was very tiny. I felt bad taking their side just because they were so femme but he/they was also the more mentally stable one and clearly in the right.
Also wasn't about thin walls. I never hear my neighbors either before or after they move in. It was something weird with the autist being obsessed with loud noises.
Eventually the pooner got upset and I saw them pack their things and leave. A week or so later I saw the eviction papers and then they were both gone and I had some piece and quiet again.
I guess my point is it's about what kind of tranny you're dealing with. Loud autists should be evicted.
Also had a nice/normie/passoid/stealth gayden neighbor for a bit who clocked me and revealed themself.
does the concept of identity based discrimination fucking elude you or something? you are not getting brownie points for this shit
I don't believe in transgender people. It is a fictitious identity. Therefore it cannot be discrimination.
>does the concept of identity based discrimination fucking elude you or something? you are not getting brownie points for this shit
Not at all.
Mostly I was posting to give other trans-people some hope that not everywhere will discriminate against them as the OP was kind of saying "All trannies are discriminated against" and I was just giving my experience of how I made it.
I'm trans and I board other trans people in my flat without permission from the landlord and we split the rent. Kek. Had I not, landlord would be getting paid 3x as much from us by putting them in separate flats. Our share of the rent is so little that even the ones of us on minimum wage are saving big bux and can afford month-long vacations every year.
I guess you could say trans people don't live rent free in OPs head.
Have fun with your skopsky and art like your father parfon.
rent free
