Calculate your TDEE with one of those calculators you find on Google, subtract 600-500 calories from that number and then count your daily calories to make sure you eat properly. Eat less fats and carbs in general. Don't drink your calories. Do some walking.

ive been on dom for like 5y and prog for a while and havent had them get like that and heard prog messes up lactation and you cant do both at once so i dont know what to take or if i should take either anymore 🙁

mostly consistently but dropped it sometimes when i couldnt afford it and for several months when i got srs when they also made me stop taking estrogen and i gained weigh recovering i think im just too stupid to figure out dieting stuff or to pay attention to what i do on a day to day basis

i was on up to 150mg before of one brand but switched to another brand and lowered to 90mg cause it worked better and was giving me higher prolactin levels at that dose. lactate the whole time im on it and still lactate off it just a lot less, last couple years my milk supply got really low compared to before not sure if cause i was pumping less or just depression cause oxytocin/relaxation/lack of stress affects it but generally dont want to stop doing it. stopped taking it a couple days ago cause ive gotten paranoid being on it too much is ruining stuff and it only worked better before when i was accidentally cycling but idk i really just want to lactate a lot all the time and have my boobs grow but cant be sure what i do is working out since i dont have that great of results and no real guidance in what im doing. thanks for reading my ted talk sorry im a spaz

just whatever you eat now, drink some coffee creamer or add oils, spoonful of peanut butter ect.
I used to make a bowl of oatmeal every morning with cream in place of milk, and then adding coconut oil, whey & some maple syrup to it (not too much, sugar is as metabolically dangerous as alcohol)

How do you consume 3500 calories EVERY day without sugar while avoiding fast food ?
Seems like it’s easiest with pizza and burgers. I’m 6’6 with a fast metabolism I need a lot of calories and rarely feel hungry enough every day to eat more than 2200.

I drink heavy cream and it makes me feel sick I try not to throw up all day and don’t feel hungry also there is chunks floating in it that makes me gag and it’s not expired it’s like that every liter I buy.

idk my market has this really yummy coffee creamer that I like. just try shopping around I guess and try to prioritize increasing calories from fats then from sugar. there's a lot of ways of doing this, and if you eat poorly it'll age you and impact your health and give you a bad fat distribution

eat less, go longer periods without eating, get excersize, fast for day at a time.
you need to choose each time your hungry if the pain is worse then being fat. get an adderall perscription might help too
Could try fasting and primarily eating veggies, though might not end well. My formerly <17 bmi, anorexic self would recommend it. Damn, never being thinner due to your bones is a sad reality.
