If I do mental work, after a few hours my brain is very tired. Sometimes even the next day I cannot perform as much as the previous day, so sleeping is not enough.
What supplements/food can I take to have more brain resistance? What else can I do to have a more resistant brain?
I've already removed seed oils and added sugar from my life (so I only get sugar from raw fruits).

      this
do 100 jumping jacks every couple of hours
take a walk around the block
anything to get off of your chair, on your feet, and, ideally, outside

Yes your brain gets tired just like anything else in your body. Maybe drink some alcohol and zone out for the rest of the night that's what I do

      >drink alcohol
Lol, this is the exact opposite of what you need to do.

I don't eat any added sugar, it creates brain fog. Also pretty sure I'm pre-diabetic or I already have type 2 diabetes (I don't have the money to get a dyagnosis).

      just eat something, anything

      it doesn't work

      >walk 12-14 miles a day

I live in a town that is not that great for walking, there is nowhere to go and it's dirty.
Also after I take a long walk alone I don't feel like I improved things that much mentally. Maybe a short walk would be better.

Find a treadmill if you can, I primarily walk that distance in my house.

If you are on the edge of being diabetic then long walks may be uncomfortable but I encourage you to revisit the idea as you grow endurance through short walks.

    (OP)
Amphetamines. They're the most efficient and effective way to increase energy, performance and IQ ig. 10 of these and you wouldn't be needing sleep for a week.

Did adding the picture help your post that much? You really could've kept the original and we would've understood the message, chief.

It helps convey the dosage required. It's different for everyone.

Brain requires power to use, but what mental work you're doing is missing brain use completely. It's your senses that are tired/working.

If you literally want to give your brain "energy" that would come in the form either glucose or ketones. so eat either glucose or ketones.
