I like how side one is all rock and roll and electric blues, while side two is all mellow, and sorta folkie.
And the question remains why was Hey Hey What Can I Do (AKA I Got A Little Woman) not included on the album, but was only available as the b-side to Immigrant Song? It should've been on the album.
boom harder boomer. Blues sucks. III is where the band started to evolve and become something original and much better than just white boys play the blues loud.
Led Zep did a lot of cool shit with their albums that I’m surprised more bands never did, especially psychedelic acts like Floyd or the Beatles (although they were broke up by then)
My dad has an copy of in through the outdoor that he never water washed, it’s probably worth a pretty penny for an album at least
That's the way and a few others are total gems but 2 is packed front to back with timeless bangers and 1 has a few weak blues tracks but Good Times Bad Times changed the face of the earth, unbelievable that was released in 69. And how many more times is the best blues rock ever recorded
Presence first 3 tracks are god tier and tea for one is a decent self plagiarism. Graffiti is better but I love the influences you can hear on for your life, and Achilles last stand is THE Proto metal song
Strong agree, I never listen to the first 2. I recognize they are well done but their later stuff was much more creative and interesting. Plant's lyrics never got any better unfortunately.
The instrumentals are sick, start there. Plant's got a great voice, but the stupidity of the lyrics gets me sometimes. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=QKge6Ay9O4E

record label bullshit I’m sure. if they’d have replace hats off with hey hey what can I do, it’d very likely be the best zeppelin album
I GOT A WOMAN WANNA BALL ALL DAY
it's bawl, but yeah
being a contrarian is cool
>implying thinking their 3rd album is a contrarian opinion
Congrats on your 13th birthday, Brandyn.
Time for your vitamins, grandpa.
Also, I'm trans. Not sure if that matters.

Extremely comfy album
Since I’ve Been Loving You is godlike
My oldest brother had a copy of the actual album and it had a wheel you could turn and the pictures in the holes would change. was kino...

By the time it reaches plant saying
>I KNOW HOW IT FEELS TO BE ALONE
it feels like zeppelin has officially ushered in the hard rock age
If you are not in a rocky mood yeah, otherwise, the first two are probably the best rock and roll out there
Hats off is their first bad song besides maybe you shook me which is just plain mediocre
Their first good album.
The last = Graffiti

I wished I liked LZ but I simply can't stand Plant's voice

I agree that the instrumentals kick ass but Plant's voice does suck massive balls
>steals Tangerine from Yardbirds singer
>credits himself with all words and music
