I want to start a paramilitary group and i need an aestethic to go along with it.
I really like the SS and Tatenokai uniforms but I feel like something like that would stand out way too much in the modern day.
Mosley s uniform is pretty simple but it looks way too faggy.
What would you guys suggest?

Consider cost though. Are you paying for this shit, or are recruits? Is this going to compromise the efficacy of your organization?
I'd say look at groups like Patriot Front, the Nordic Resistance Movement or for inspo. PF has good aesthetics by simply having a style guide and then slapping on cheap patches. You could do something similar, and tidy it up a bit. Aim for uniformity on a budget.

You need to first be sure what do you want your uniform to symbolise?
Political fashion is always symbolic in nature to go along with whatever cause your paramilitary group is fighting for.
For example the Patriot Front's uniform has khaki caps and trousers, these resembles the US army standard issue (at least for desert conditions). The blue shirt/hoodie is blue for police. The Tatenokai uniform deliberately matches post-russo-japanese war Meiji 19 uniforms in styling and colours.

If you are making a paramilitary group why wouldn't you want members or at least officers to stand out? A uniform is part of identifying with a group and standing out. Unless your motives are sinister you should want to be visible.
I'd recommend taking tasteful inspirations from both uniforms. Fabric and tailoring are very important, find something hardwearing and high quality; such as wool gaberdine.
Form me those would be coveralls, possibly with different color schemes depending on usage .
Technical clothing always give an idea of competence.
