1) build a new 911 communications building despite the old building being perfectly fine.
2) build a multi-story parking garage for the local court house building, when there is already ample free parking on-street and off-street.
3) buy a multi-thousand square foot retail building and move the police headquarters to this new building. apparently the existing building was far too small to house all 6 of their full time officers and all 5 of their part time officers.
public schools are unsustainable and only worked when the population was white.
