I did the same thing except in a city an hour away rather than a whole other country that would require a flight to

yeah they’re good but idk if they’re fly to another country good. HOWEVER. it’s a great excuse to travel to Germany and check it out if you’ve never been there.

Fug, it's moments like this when I'm reminded that EU is a pathetically tiny area compared to the US. Picrel is 1:1 comparison.

Look at Netherlands, it's fucking tiny. In the EU your trip from let's say somewhere in France to Poland, crossing whole Germany, looks like something significant. In the US this distance is not enough to even leave Texas.
From Euro perspective this is fucking unsettling, just feels wrong.

Now imagine traveling in Russia. Texas is not that big actually.

Yeah. One can argue Russia (or Canada) is mostly nothingness, but at least their mountains, forests, rivers, coasts, lakes etc. are serious business. In the EU nature is pocket size, another L.

Just went to sf show, make sure you have earplugs. they mix andy/instrumentals really low to where its just zach drums and ride screaming with a bass rumble. It makes for a very primal experience but you might wanna be distanced to fully experience it. Other than that they do an amazing set (no encore, mild chance they'll be seen outside after)

Also they've been starting all their shows an hour late? so don't worry about getting there too early unless you wanna hold the front rail

the likelihood of them ever touring again after this one is pretty small. ride’s getting old, plus they’ve already had a pretty extensive and positive musical output. always fun live shows too.

Stockholm to Berlin is about 500 miles. That's less than the distance from Dallas to Mobile, Alabama.
