I feel like reality is no longer 'real'

Like the title says, I feel like reality is disappearing, like it's ceasing to exist. It's this subliminal feeling that becomes very clear on occasions.

Worth mentioning that I can feel Allah easily, I can like feel my creator close to me. Which before wasn't as easy, and having this feeling of reality being almost sometimes fake and sometimes outright like fading coincides I would say with me feeling Allah close to me although not always the two feelings are present at same time. Also worth mentioning I'm an average man with alot of flaws although I consider myself enlightened in matters of religion.

So again the feeling is almost like being present a simulation, that's like failing or coming to an end or just lacking something.

I hope someone can talk to me about this or maybe if the right person sees it, might even find a theory, either psychological, spiritual whatever.

Things are changing faster and faster. Sorry to say that. A generation is dying, another, just born. Reality isn't shifting or changing any more than it ever has, but rather the things within it are.

Ehm sorry, some people might have summoned something in their not always conscious quest helping old spider leg find the answer to something that seemed interesting to find out; what was before the creation. Reality might come crashing down in its entirety after many have teared too many holes into the veil that separates reality from nothing with the pick ax of logos. Your not alone, be prepared, shared reality is dead, and memetic splintered reality into 6 Billion pieces. Hey at least you are going to get closer to the creator, that's cool, isn't it.

The part about shared reality being worn out and almost dead was already on my mind, although I don't know if it is for all or some individuals from certain timelines.

I don't know, but the signs that it seems to be the case for a lot of individuals that way are numerous, control of informational flow don't work that well anymore, mass manipulative spells lost a lot of effectiveness. There seems to be a reason why the knowledge about what came before creation has been considered by pretty much all sacred texts as forbidden knowledge, well humans, the veil is pierced lets see where it leads, more cognizance doesn't seem that bad, doesn't it, and if it brings people closer to their divine spark that's also cool

I have a simple and somewhat conventional explanation. I believe that in this state we are severely incapacitated, just like being in a dream, and once we leave this state, we wake up and are more lucid and in a superior state that generically comes with information greater than what we have here. It just seems natural to me that after death we will be somewhere else, because pointless repetition does not seem on par with universal laws, meaning our time here is neither meaningless neither will it repeat.

So once we leave here, we will look back and it would seem like a simple dream, that lasted nothing yet we were almost chained in it.

It fits the ideas transported by the Hindus and Tibetan monks view on existence as a great set of planes in a multiverse (and somehow as well the western/ middle eastern believe systems of going to heavens/hells/great halls to some degree) where the plane the individual consciousness at the moment of its existence occupies gets left after the individual dies and the ghost goes to an other plane with certain knowledge of the previous plane defined by what it did/ was guided. The interesting question is what happens when the veil of the currently occupied plane gets pierced before the "dead" of the as biological perceived body, and on such a large scale as it currently seems to happen. And that's where I think there might actually be the danger of collapsing the the entire structure of greater reality and creation. It's one thing if a Buddha reaches enlightenment and the final stage of non existence, but if its done on a large scale, maybe existence in its entirety just stops, multiverse over, simulation hacked, greatest black hole, the final nothing

              Anonymous

Well that's interesting, but we can not know how far we are going to travel from this plane, how many times we are going through similar cycles, i guess it would be assume that we will be constantly climbing, but I am personally a religious person and belief there is already one entity at the very top, so we can not constantly climb. But perhaps only climb towards the state we were always meant to live in.

As for the piercing of the veil in front of the masses you speak of, I believe that could be the promised apocalypse, when reality collapses on itself and it becomes effectively man's final nothing, the butchering of the man long protected by coherent reality, but I do not believe it will be on a bigger scale, since the engine behind the universe is not only formidable, it seems to be boundless, hence it can withstand such events, considering that we do not actually know what the universe is and how many planes it spans etc.

In Islam there is also a prophecy when reality will effectively collapse, that all archangels, all realms will disappear and only god will remain...this concept however I don't know much about

Not too familiar with the Islamic prophecies. Gonna look into it, should Integrate it into the comparative literature analysis, because I believe, it is possible to pierce the veil on a large scale and the answer is in the texts on how to do it, the forbidden knowledge. Hopefully the texts are wrong and it just opens up the way to humans to freely travel through the multiverse structure, and have a chat with the creator

This reality is a simulation. But more of a spiritual simulation, not a real game simulation. This Simulation is run by the devil as it is said in holy books. The devil is the prince of the world. The stars and and the numbers on your birthdate determine your skill tree. You being close to God means that you‘re getting detached from the simulation (the world) and closer to the spiritual world. That‘s why everything starts to feel fake, because it is. I don‘t know how much of an understanding of the world and whats really going on you already have, but I can tell you that it‘s completely normal when you get closer to God and the truth. Accept it and try to enjoy the time here, but don‘t lose god

A lot of explanations have been offered for this phenomenon perceived by many people, from the nonsense that we are aging until 2012 or CERN, my personal theory on this is that they have been throwing smart dust, nanobots, shitty satellites that no one really knows if they are good for what they say, chemicals and Wi-Fi 24/7, which makes us all an "implanted" species that sees the temporal physical reality altered for the benefit of, you know, "them."

Seeing life as dreamlike is an important path to enlightenment in Buddhism. Everyone starting to see the world this way is a very good thing. When you are as carefree in waking life because it feels no different to you than when you are asleep in a dream, life becomes very easy. It's like life is on autopilot, but not the NPC kind if autopilot. A better autopilot, where every action falls into place with careful precision, but with ease at the same time. Every foot step is gentle and calculated for the Buddhist.

I read about it and I couldn't shake the feeling that this was itself fake.

Like someone who only heard about something trying to explain it.

That whole google search only somewhat creeped me out a lil cause I felt it was literally made seconds before I visited it (I know it wasn't). Though I would describe it as a weak attempt by something to play down the phenomenon but simply being unable to have that 'real' convincing effect anymore.

I always watch myself so I don't fall into self-centered thinking or believing what I what and discard what I don't like.

I appreciate your contribution but the explanation they offer, is nothing normal, and like clear as sky to me that it is a case of 'the greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing people he doesn't exist '

These are the last days. That feeling you have is an increasing awareness of the false nature of the material world. The world and all flesh is continously moving away from the holiness of God, but in the last days this struggle will fully manifest itself to mankind; those who "know" will become increasingly disturbed by the unrighteousness and evil revealing itself, and those who "do not know" will increasingly crave well... satanism, abomination.

From the Christian perspective, the physical world is entirely the domain of satan as of the current time. It is to us a falsehood, something that though you have more of, will lead you away from God.

As we get closer to the inevitable return of Jesus Christ and His righteous shattering of the wicked, the adversary will work all the harder to separate God from His children. It will be a miserable time, and only those who call upon the name of the Lord will be saved.

Any sort of clinging to the world is therefore a hot brand being pressed against the conscience of Man.

The disillusionment you feel is a taste of this great struggle taking place. God is calling for you to focus on Him, to dedicate yourself to Him, to purify yourself to Him, to reject the world and to accept Him. This can only be done through accepting His sacrifice for you, namely, the sacrifice of His Son Jesus Christ. Christ taught a gospel of forgiveness and Love, of fidelity to God and a rejection of wordly pursuits. To transform ourselves into a living sacrifice as He became. By accepting Christ we ultimately reject the adversary, we reject the world, we reject evil, we cleanse ourselves in an entirely spiritual way. This prepares us for eternal life and to stand before our Creator.

Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst."

    Gospel of John 6:35

On that note, the only thing that is true is God. The only thing that can fulfill a Man is God. The only thing that can bring a Man to life is God. Man yearns for the divine truth. he recognizes intuitively that he survives in a fallen world, and he knows that wordly accomplishments are hollow by the emptiness he feels at night whilst contemplating them; while he withers away. He knows there must be more, wonders if he is redeemable.

But there is one God and He has set out a commandment for eternity. He set it at the foundation of the world, and not even the evil hearts of Man can overwrite this commandment. He sealed it by the blood of His Son whom had been before the world was. He has washed away our sins by His blood, ready to forgive, desiring to be reconciled. Now the time is near, and there will be a day when every knee will bow, every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.

He will wipe away every tear from our eyes, and wickedness will be blotted out from the earth. This our Creator has promised to us, this is the belief that will triumph in the face of evil, a light that will not keep silence in the darkness. God bless you all.

        >Yet you people keep having children. Is it a sin to trap a child in the devil's domain?
No, because God's children do not belong to the devil, they belong to God. They are His, He created them. To believe in the absence of or even destruction of human life as a response to wordly evils is to implicitly concede that the devil is in control. You are saying that the divine image of God residing in each Man, Woman and Child is lesser than the evil works of the adversary. It's surrender to the adversary, not overcoming him as Jesus calls us to do. This is an evil thing in the sight of God.

        >A god of vampirism, honored in colonial predation and (sometimes) symbolic blood rituals. Stop preying on children with your horror stories and physical abuse.
"Religion that is pure and undefiled before God the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world."

        James 1:27

'And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.”'

      >I'm sorry you feel that way anon.
      Nothing to be sorry for.

      >I wanted to say that I believe you can find happiness and joy.
This doesn't appear to be the priority issue, and is present within frequent transient moments.

      >Others to connect with and help you can receive.
There are no others, there is nothing here. Just one and I can see it.

      >Adventures to be had and dreams to follow.
I only see nothing here as far as my eye can see. Anything sought to attain to is in vain, and the only attainment that seems to matter is to seek action in inaction, which illuminates just how little control I truly have, and showcases closer to what is actually here.

My posting on this board, when it is in vain and I am in knowledge of the vanity is evidence of just how far these impulses drive. I can't seem to just sit still and control my mind. It appears it is not my own.

Interesting. I just don't appreciate this experience I suppose, while simultaneously I do appreciate it. I feel like the longer I am here the more it seems this place was made by something that hates me. Weirdly enough it bothers me less and less and I sort of feel like not participating anymore, I used to want to be it's friend, to help it, to be kind to it, accept it... now I'm losing interest... maybe it just wants to be alone and suffer by it's self and create false images for it's self. I don't know, either way the paradigms here are starting to mean less to me and non existence seems more and more appealing as time passes. The rewards seem to have little value, the punishments seem to have little value, the threats and controls and rules and restrictions seems to be incompatible with the way I am and I don't doubt that's intentioned.

I don't know what this is, but I find I care little for it, and as I feel more experience of it, that care dies even more... I don't like this, I'm not sure I ever did, and yet I like this, and I probably always did... there's nothing to compare it to, and the wonderful rewards that seem to be repeated like eternal life and ownership of vast lands and authority to harm and force others to do things seem like absolute shit to me... I think I revile and despise the very idea, perhaps something is wrong with me, I'd rather see humans free and able to do what they want than under my thumb or rod or what ever symbolic weapon you wish to use as a place holder... I fucking hate this world sincerely, but not the likeness of what resides within it, however fake they may be.
