I've never had a euphoria boner nor anything like an AGP fetish, I'm just looking at the science and it seems reasonable to infer that trans women who have high T levels early in transition could have some weird effects from their brains pulling in two different directions until HRT has time to do its work, and it's well known (again, even by Blanchard) that these issues tend to fade the further into transition.
Which is to say that I'm trying to understand rather than just looking for an excuse to bully some trans women.
Yeah, I had high T early on and I got super horny from even wearing women's clothes and after a while on HRT it just became normal to me and nothing about any of it was hot anymore, I think it was just the novelty and taboo combined with high T

This would seem to be corroborated by the common observation that trans women with AGP fetish tend to often have that fetish wane as their transition progresses (even Blanchard noted that this often happened).

Modern brain scan evidence directly disproves Blanchard's typology. There's a whole vein of brain scan studies now showing that all trans people, ,regardless of direction of transition or sexual orientation, share the same set of structural brain differences compared to cis people in the self/body processing regions of the brain that mediate the relationship between the self, the body and the external world, and that cross sex hormone treatment in trans people causes those structural brain differences to shrink towards cis controls.
The self/body parts of the brain are not sexually dimorphic, and androphilic trans women and gynephilic trans men's brains are not 'opposite sexed' more than cis gay men's and cis lesbian women's respectively, so sexual orientation does not appear to play a direct causal role in making some people trans.
Androphilic trans women (and intersex spectrum trans women, whom Blanchard ignored) just get a free head start on transitioning because they get some level of brain and body feminization prior to starting HRT, where other trans women have to wait for HRT to do most of the work in feminizing the rest of their brains and bodies to match their gender identities.
Note these studies also therefore suggest that gender identity is the true root of what gender a person is, meaning that cis women and trans women are fundamentally women for the *same* underlying reason, and that cis women just started off with the rest of their brains, their bodies and their social treatment matching that gender identity and trans women didn't.

But that's not me. I don't have dysphoria or AGP so going on hormones didn't really help. I am literally a cis man who wishes his brain was different so that he was trans AGP instead.
