          >Company gets sued
Doctors will be like pilots. Even if the technology can work autopilot they will still need a fall guy because no AI company wants to get sued.

Who the frick would let a machine represent them during a case where their freedom is on the line?

I wouldn't trust a cheapass lawyer over a machine with perfect knowledge of all the legal loopholes.

Extrapolate this. Everything is automated, prices have fallen to practically zero so no company has any revenue, there are no jobs so no one has any money to buy anything, and no new business will be able to enter the marketplace because there's no way to acquire the funds to ever purchase the massive A.I. needed to even compete.

The details of AI are not flattering for the Marxist cause. How do you have working men in power when nobody works? Obviously, class status in such a society would not be about worker vs owner, it would be unemployed vs owner. However, in such a society, the need for wealth redistribution would become even more urgent than ever before, so you could say that it helps the Marxist cause "in spirit."

Marx's theories are largely based on mass automation. The idea is that Automation/AI reaches singularity, that the Organic Composition of Capital collapses causing the rate of profit to fall to near zero (as human labour becomes meaningless) which basically crashes Capitalism as a system.
If anything, this whole AI art shit is proving Marx right, we're likely going to see the entire art industry collapse as the worth of the artists becomes nothing as AI can do their job 100x better and faster in a Capitalist context.

The AI meme is just what crypto is to libertarians - a utopian assumption of what the future might bring. AI isn't going to lead labor being meaningless; its just going to change what type of labor is done. The only thing AI art is doing is creating a new market for profit extraction.

      >Organic Composition of Capital collapses causing the rate of profit to fall to near zero
Kek, I don't even think Marxoids understand what they're talking about when they say this. The profit rate will never fall to zero because use-value and constant capital can increase the value of a commodity. Labor is not the only source of value - that's 100% wrong. In the case of art, artists will have make to the art for the AI to be useful, AI logarithms are not created equal which will credit a market for its development, and we may even see copyright laws catch up and limit its scope. There will always be a market for antique art, non-AI art, and AI in itself will never catch up natural talent. Ignoring all that - the unprofitability of art is not going to cause fricking "capitalism to collapse." The imminent collapse of is just the two more weeks meme but for Marxists.

You do not understand the TRPF.
        >Constant capital can increase the value of a commodity.
Increase in constant Capital du not increase the value of a commodity. First it allow to produce more with the same labor time. But then competitors buy the same machines, readjust the prices to the low, and now you have a lower rate of profit, since each item is produced with less human labor, the only source of profit. A machine cannot give more value that has cost to the owner of the factory. A machine can increase the productivity, which increase the profit, on the short term, until competitor buy new machines as well, diminish the prices, and they producers have to sell more in order to make the same profit.
