literally eat 1800 calories of healthy food and go on a walk for an hour every day and you’ll lose weight really quick

I don't know where the number 1800 came from. But I hear "500 calorie deficit" a lot. I assume that's without exercise though.

1800 is just a healthy 10% calorie deficit (assuming 2000/day maintenance). adding some cardio is just icing on top

BIGGER meals. more volume, less calories. lot of fiber. also try to plan how/when you eat

I don't know shit about fitness but I heard "complex carbs" keep you fuller for longer. So maybe make steel cut oats. I think that counts.

They're weird, though. I read an article about how to prepare them (not "rolled oats", which are the instant ones you're probably used to), and you have to soak them in water for like 12-24 hours before cooking them on a stovetop. Shit's a lot of effort, but, LULZ memes about "squats and oats", so must be worth it. Unless they just eat rolled oats like the plebs.

          use sailrabbit to calculate tdee
          eat 500 kcal less
weight everything you eat to make sure you're not eyeballing badly

you can add exercise, omad, occasional full day fasts etc, but it's not necessary you kinda have to figure out what works for you. average deficit is the most important

          looking anorexic/underweight

omg omg I had some shrimp poppers with ranch dressing last night

and my roommate (who's a hot 10/10 perfect twinkbod pooner who I have a lot of love and respect for), told me "I just saw you pour ranch for four seconds, if you poured it for two seconds that would be half the calories"

and now I'm wondering if I should be more calorie conscious.... I don't hate being a chubby MTF but

why would u want to be skinny AWOOGA

Skinny bodies are more aesthetically pleasing to look at and also more beautiful, fat bodies look deformed from too much fat I think this is objectively true

You can't, HRT is permanent, you fucked up your body already, the only ways out are accepting the disaster or necking yourself, choose wisely.

Remove vegetable and seed oil from your diet.
Skip breakfast if you can, but it's OK to drink tea/coffee with butter melted in it.
Ditch veggies too, and eat more animal protein (not bugs) and have sufficient fat intake.
No sugar or sweet things, or processed foods of any sort.
You will have nasty withdrawal symptoms and be hangry for a month or two.
If you want, you can do a modest amount of physical training with a kettlebell, and walks outside are generally good for health, unless it's like 90F--115F outside.
Andrew Huberman has a few insights on diet.
Full-On carnivoremoding does not work for everyone, but it has a higher success rate than the propaganda against it says.
