you can prolong your time before hitting the wall by not being fat and abstaining from drugs and alcohol, but it’s inevitable

      >not being fat
this is pretty important. Just work out, or have hobbies like dancing/running/ect to keep in shape.
      >abstaining from drugs and alcohol
Theres a time and place. Don’t surround yourself with people who sell drugs, or do them regularly.
If you can handle your drugs, know what you are taking and what amounts, and dont mix them. Don’t do them everyday. Don’t do them if you’re trying to escape yourself. If you have relatives with addictions you’re already predispositioned to be an addict, in that case just avoid it as much as possible. I was an addict for 10 years and never hit "the wall" however I am still quite young.

Sometimes true. But there are people who stay plumper and it makes their face look more youthful as there’s less wrinkles on their face.

It’s simple: never gain weight. That’s it, its all you need to do. Remember, you need 100 less calories/day per decade and another 200 less immediately after you start menopause. A woman of 60 who needed 1500 a day in her 20s will only need 900 calories a day, few women know this

Holy heck, I used to jerk off to this whore when she looked like this, just a few years ago, and she has already hit the wall since then. Damn… Time’s a b***h.

    • Anonymous says:

you do realize a lot of those older pics of her were from when she was underaged, right?
      >inb4 pedos tell me how great that is

    • Anonymous says:

      I’m bit confused here.
I don’t see much difference between her and the b***h on the left in

I hope you are not saying that it’s a same hoe in both pics in the OP.

        (OP)
        Because it’s her.
        >I hope you are not saying that it’s a same hoe in both pics in the OP.
It is. Check the mole next to her nose. It is a little less noticeable on the right OP pic, but it’s definitely her.

She’s a weird leftist who got fat, the writing was on the wall.

Just take care of your skin, eat healthy and exercise, genes also play a part of it but you’ll last longer by following this advice.

I’ll tell you from first hand experience, i gained 50lbs since 2020 and i looked like mad shit. Before that i was skinny otter mode ripped, /fashion/, but was using shit copes like nicotine and unhealthy amounts of caffeine. Was on my high horse of high ego from getting some clout with fashion, sleeping around with models and was partying a bunch. Mindset was completely screwed up.

Gained so much weight since i hit the wall of, what the heck am i doing with my life. One day I Looked in the mirror, double chin, unkept facial hair, skin was breaking out, vageta hairline started kicking in. I wanted to focus more on my career and self improvement stuff for my mental but i neglected my appearance – helped with keeping me in check with ego atleast.

Eat healthy, work out or run – get ur body moving doesn’t really matter what u do aslong as ur active, cut out unhealthy habits for ur cope.

lost 30lbs so far, gained muscle while at it and 4 months straight edge so far.

Keep ur mental in check and don’t ever use food for instant gratification or else you’ll end up tubby and unhappy

    ramble ramble

gingers hit the wall harder than any phenotype.
the wall will come, but how hard you hit it depends on how much of a sloppy alcoholic youve been in your 20s

The problem is that the ‘food environment’ in western countries, particularly America, is just dog shit. Have you ever heard the phrase ‘garbage in, garbage out’? You know how your parents told you not to hang out around the delinquents in high school? You are a product of your environment. If the food you’re exposed to, advertised to, and fed as a child is bad, you will be far more likely to eat poorly as an adult.

In America, you have to make a concerted, life-long, STRENUOUS effort to eat well. If you just ‘go with the flow’, even with decent exercise, you will be overweight or obese. It’s just a fact of the matter. You may think it’s easy, because you’re already over the hump, but for most people that’s a significant whole to climb out of. Individually, I would encourage anyone who asked to avoid processed food and added sugars like the plague, and follow a thorough exercise regime. Just telling people to do better doesn’t solve the problem though, we need systemic change. For one, I would heavily regulate the advertising industry so they can’t as easily pray on the vulnerable minds of Children, enforcing poor dietary habits in their youth. Secondly, I would place a high tax on added sugars, over-consumption of sugar is a plague on our bodies and people clearly aren’t willing to control themselves. Finally (at least for this post), I would end all subsidies for corn, onions, and sugar production, shifting those subsidies to fresh fruits and veggies, focusing on bolstering local supply chains to end reliance on preservative-laden produce. If you want your carcinogenic strawberries out of season, you should have to pay for it.

That’s a basic glimpse at the issue. For more reading, I would recommend:

    >Books
    fast food nation
    salt sugar fat

    >documentaries
    food inc.

cool perspective on it, never really thought about it like that consciously. in the mood for a documentary so i’ll give food inc a try. Cheers

I ate lots of garbage when I was young, candy, soda, cereals and so on.
I dropped all of that shit as I grew older and less stupid.
You quite literally are in control of what goes into your body.

this is how counterexamples work, moron

a statement is not true if there are instances that are false.

"all numbers are even" is not true, because 1 is a number and it’s not even.

          • Anonymous says:

Your counter-example is not relevant to the discussion at hand. People who talk about the """wall""" think it applies to everyone, all the time, vanishingly few exceptions. That we can point to many people to whom it does not applies just means the """"wall"""" is just a dumb way to say "people get uglier as they grow older."

I mean, 80% of the images people post to prove """the wall""" exists are mostly a case of "good make up at a photoshoot" vs "bad lighting in a paparazzo shot"

          • Anonymous says:

we’re not even talking about """the wall""" right now.

going up the chain, this stupid

is proposing some belief system where having shitty irresponsible parents that let you eat badly as a kid or even just simply being american basically guarantees you’ll be a fat ugly decrepit heck later in life unless daddy government comes in and saves us from the horror of the responsibility that comes with personal agency.

            then this other stupid

            >If the food you’re exposed to, advertised to, and fed as a child is bad, you will be far more likely to eat poorly as an adult.

gave a counterexample: despite eating badly as a kid they were able to clean those habits up themselves.

seems like a relevant counterexample to me.

          • Anonymous says:

good idea, its all about personal agency, government intervention is a meme. Thats why we should let 6 year olds smoke cigs

    • Anonymous says:

problem is, in america at least, our food industry controls politicians and the fda to make sure any meaningful regulation will never be passed unless it benefits Monsanto and the like.

    You won’t escape it.

Life is not about avoiding walls, it’s about breaking through them. Own what you are and what you will become, my Black.

  10. Anonymous says:

The wall is inevitable for everyone. You can’t ride youth centric styles forever. You can look good well into your 60s if you stay in shape and don’t do drugs excessively though.

  11. Anonymous says:

Avoiding the wall is entirely dependent on a lifestyle, not age. Live sensibly and don’t do stupid shit with stupid people and you’ll be fine.

  12. Anonymous says:

The wall is a myth spawned from incel cope. The woman in OP’s pics just got fat. If she got skinny again, she’d be hot.

  13. Anonymous says:

How do women avoid the wall? By not whoring around in they youth and use they youth to get a good guy for a lifelong relationship.
Women trying to cheat around is a huge cope, older women can’t compete with the next prime generation of girls. Try what you want.

    • Anonymous says:

      >being bangable
Yeah, but women don’t think like males. Dudes would be amazed when they have the sexual options women have. Women want the best guy possible, not for sex, but for commitment.
And there we go, dudes decide if they commit they lifetime and money for a women. If the women is used goods with high mileage, emotional baggage/alpha widowed, why should i invest time and money into her? And here lies the problem of modern women, they can’t find a decent dude for relationship, bangable is always an option, but they get tired of pumped and dumped.
