Everything is going up for First Gen and Old Unusuals, they are pretty safe investments if you are willing to hold. Try and corner the market, hats with 5 sellers or above are very hard to sell unless God Tier.

No. You can buy keys from the mann co. store for exactly $2.50 so the value of keys is pegged to the dollar (beneath its value). And non-keys are way too volatile. You can try laundering money through it but remember that there may not be a market for keys wherever you go. If there's a shtf incident in the U.S., no one is going to be buying pixels in tf2.
