        I went from my highest weight at the end of 2020 (around 190) to 130 today.
        Using a basic bmi calc, it looks like I went from around 25-26 bmi to 17 bmi.
        but yeah all I did was drink water any time I was hungry. And Metamucil.

                I eat probably on average 1500 calories a day which I can get away with because I'm male. You'll need a good bit less

                I get electrolytes mostly from diet; salt for sodium, potatoes for potassium, milk and leafy greens for calcium, shrimp for copper, etc. Only vitamins I take are a B complex and magnesium, but as a female you can't eat as much so you probably should supplement more depending how varied your diet is
