how i achieve in this body type? if you are thin, everything looks so good.

how i achieve in this body type?
if you are thin, everything looks so good. picrel pulls off the most random or basic fits and it looks so /fa on him.
is this body type achievable for non-models? like, i already only eat one big meal a day and i still have fat on my belly and face.
whats the body fat percentage needed for it? im around 183 cm, what weight should i be? only have small amount of muscle mass btw.

if you look at his arms he does have some muscle on. most likely naturally which you might not have. do sports, body-weight exercises and drop to around 10-14% body fat. Some of it will be genetics but if you’re in a caloric deficit you are dropping weight. If you’re not dropping weight then you are not in a deficit.

its genetics, im about 187 cm and i started to lose a lot face fat when i got under 140lbs. Ideally u want to be at least near 10% BF. for ur height u want to be in 130 range, where im at rn and u should see noticeable change. u should do a little cardio to reduce the sodium levels and get rid of that water retention in the face. just avoid too much sodium
u dont eat much to begin with thats a great start.
yes its 100% achievable but is it maintainable? depends on how strong ur desire is to look good. in my experience its been a year of dieting and staying thin. i have very little energy, sometimes i feel like it gonna faint if I get up too quick, cardio makes my eyesight extremely foggy where i have to stop. i have extremely low iron, vitamin b12, vitamin D, and my testosterone is extremely low. i eat the same exact thing everyday and ppl dont want to be around me when it comes to going out to restaurants etc because i constantly worry about calories or just wont eat at all.
on the bright side women will check u out constantly and even catcall u sometimes. i use to be invisible when i was skinny fat with a puffy face but now women honk their horn at me or straight up yell out their window that im cute.

    hopefully i helped.

yes, i really have a big desire for it. i feel disgusted when i see fat on my belly or my face looks round, and without any shape.
you think it’s okay, when i keep just doing OMAD and leave out fast food stuff, that i sometimes consume at the evening?
i skip breakfast, 1 big meal after uni with salad, meat, etc. and then go for a run 3 times a week. should be enough, no? maybe some body weight workout too

it literally does not matter if you eat 1 meal a day or 10 meals a day. If you eat less than your maintenance you will drop fat.
but I guess it’s easier to stick to OMAD if you don’t want to track eveything (which btw would help you a ton)

sure I get that, there’s a very thin line between anorexia and being very thin. that’s why being active can help you.
just walking 30 mins each day, some running etc. to get some athletic muscles (not gym muscles, that’s not aesthetic imo) and sticking to restricted eating.
there’s no way you don’t get to your desired 10% BF relatively quickly.

and be careful about the fast food in the evening. If you want to have a cheat day once in a while, just get the fast food as your meal for the day.
also get zero cal drink with it and you should be plenty under your limit.

trueee, i literally dont know a single girl that said gym muscles are attractive. thanks for advice

i mostly eat it when im depressed or i feel like im collapsing and need energy.
i was once from 8 am to 8 pm in uni and i ate like 3 haribo packages and 1 bag of chips AFTER my fat omad meal lule. like, i legit dont even wanna eat that shit at all – i eat it and i immediately feel disgusted after it. its really insane

i totally feel you with the relapse eating and regret but that’s not a good way to think about it and can lead to EDs (maybe even more than calorie tracking).
i actually track my intake and some foods are really surprising (a can of coke might be more calories than a small burger).
i mostly walk and jump rope almost daily (also amazing btw). to be fair I am quite tall so staying skinny is probably easier but with you’ll get there if you stick to this

another thing: don’t be hecking depressed if you heck up one day. do you think one day of fasting will get you skinny? ofc not
the same way you won’t get fat by having a cheat day.
it’s all about the consistency and long term.

You sound like you eat unhealthy and infrequently. Balanced hecking meals spaced evenly through the day with low calorie snacks inbetween. This is basic shit that every hecking person gets taught in middle school. Come the heck on.

nah, fasting is much more natural. hunter & gatherer blabla, hunt —> reward food. no hunt (activity) –> no food. easy as that – industrial society and multiple meals are unnatural.

            >how do I into thin?
You can’t cheat the second law of thermodynamics. If you want to lose weight, then you need to run a calorie deficit. Activity will only do so much without lifting a shitload of weights. The biggest thing is cutting back intake to a slight deficit. Do it gradually and eventually you will be at your target weight. After that, you just need to maintain. Online calorie trackers are everywhere, start there.

            >muh genetics
No, you’re just carrying a higher amount of body fat than you think you are.

im not trying to build muscle, my bone structure is already wide enough. it just looks weird if i bulk up.

            1: you aren’t a paleolithic tribesman
2: binge eating has not been practiced in any human society, including all recorded hunter-gather ones. All of them eat multiple times throughout the day.

            >i’m not trying to build muscle
So then don’t. The comment on lifting was because people think they can do a bit of light cardio to offset their caloric intake. Running 3 miles at something like an 8 min/mile pace only spends like 350 Cal. The main thing for you, and literally everyone else, will be food intake. Lighter weight lifting and cardio will help tone you out so you fill out nicely.

face fat is very genetic. there are ppl who are skinny fat but still have a slim face also u need to account for buccal fat which varies by person and impossible to lose unless done surgically so yes face fat is extremely genetic.

I’m this thin and the only way to really stay this thin is to learn portion controls and avoid junk food (to stay in calorie deficit). Don’t believe all this fasting, keto, whatever diet stuff which may work for some people but if you just want to live a normal life just learn to eat 3/4 of what you would normally eat and heavily limit your intake of chips, candy, and other fattening foods. When you do really crave chips or unhealthy stuff, go for alternatives that are lower calorie stuff like I eat veggie straws puffs for chips there 70 cal a snack size bag, and for candy I usually go for stuff like licorice nibs. If you can’t control yourself binging out on certain foods, take a couple weeks to take a break from it and slowly reintroduce it in your diet and learn to control yourself. Any other "dieting hack" will not achieve long term results and usually ends in yo-yoing. Also go for high protein and high fiber foods. For reference I’m 6 foot 133 pounds. WJUGKR

Love Luca, he makes everything look good on him. If I recall he regularly does a lot of physical activities e.g. mountain climbing, biking, calisthenics, skateboarding, and random running and jumping around (hippie shit) if that helps
