How does anyone even use Firefox mobile? It sucks.

I use Firefox desktop for what it's worth, but I'm stuck using Brave on mobile because all of the benefits of using this browser are non existent on mobile. Tampermonkey allows you to use scripts, but all of the scripts don't work on mobile, including all of the best ones. Ublock allows you to block elements, but it's UI is outright broken (element zapper mode keeps you in the zapper interface no matter where you touch theres no "exit" prompt). Just using it for 10 minutes I ran into a bug where editing the url of a tab took me back to the homepage for some reason.
There's not even an about:config page, and that's the biggest advantage of desktop Firefox. Apparently it's in Nightly? But not in stock FF? idk.

Just a shitty experience. Firefox on desktop is a good browser but this piece of shit forces me to use Chromium-based browsers to escape how bad it is.

Used Firedox Nightly back in the day it had about:config tho. Ditched it for bromite when they changed to UI and made it harder to use one-handed.

It lets you spoof your user agent so you don't get "Sign In With Our Shitty App!" on every fucking website

Are you trolling? I literally tried out Firefox mobile the other day for the first time and was amazed how incredibly faster it is than both desktop Firefox and mobile Chrome.

Have you tried using Fennec F-Droid? It's the same as official mobile Firefox, but some proprietary bits and telemetry removed, and you can use about:config.

As for uBlock's zapper interface, swipe to the right to exit; swipe twice if you've selected something.

This: Fennec F-Droid fixes most of the issues. I'm posting from LULZ-x on it right now. about:config works.
