you play intentionally
feel something, transcribe it to your instrument. don't just mechanically play the notes, use vibrato and bends and slides for different articulation/expression. two people won't play the same passage the same way bc they're feeling it differently
listen to jeff beck
Chris doesn't need surgery. Ozempic is a far better option. But he can't start it while on tour, because his concerts are almost always at least double-set epics, and you can't do those while taking a drug that makes you have to shit like a goose during the "adjustment" period.
Seriously, Chris, you need to strongly consider Ozempic. Last concert I saw, you killed it, but nearly keeled over towards the end of your set and had to take a breather. You're in a dangerous zone, and it'll be a lot easier to get out now than when you're an old fucker like me.
It's not about your heart, it's about your ears and your brain, use them instead of turning them off when listening to anything. If you can describe what you like about a track then you're already a better listener than most people who can tell but can't articulate why what's coming out of the speakers makes sense, if you don't use your ears then everything you do will feel like it's 90s midi software performing the notes.
>dont overplay, restrain >slow it down >methodical and precise playing >bends and vibrato >follow the other instruments (e.g. drums) >follow the chords unironically
By having soul, if you're a zoomer, you can't.

Overbend
Target thirds for bends
Start on the wrong note sometimes and bend to the right note

"feeling" just means blues/rnb tropes
get really angry about all the shit aspects of the world/life and take it out on your instrument
>t. Pete Townshend
Play with your heart and not your brain. Westerners have become too SOVLESS. Unironically read Schopenhaeur and de unamuno along with music theory.
Name please.
You have to be fat.

Sincerely enjoy what you're playing and do it for just for the love of the game

Mubros, I've hit a wall on every instruments. Piano, drums, guitar. How do I move forward?
Try bass
Kingfish actually started out on bass. Played it for years before he went to guitar.
I wish I started on bass. I would've gotten to where I am a lot quicker.
Harmonica.
Wonderwall.
play things that make the ladies quiver and drop their panties

It’s just like jackin off. Which you’re the king of OP
You have to feel it.
Apply some mild rubato and rit and most people will think you're playing with 'feeling'.
