i was in the same situation when I found a popular name I liked, but then I asked my mom what she'd name her kid if it was a girl, and she said my denial-ex-gf's name so I went "yeah, copying my friend's name is obviously better than copying my ex" and calmed down
I picked the name June because I think it's cute and I've never met someone named June irl. I've seen two guys have the name june tho so maybe kt was a shittyy name to pick

I used option 3 I've always been jealous of people with variety of Jess as their name I think because I liked how both genders could have that name. Anyways I legally made my name Jessica so it would look fem for paper work and stuff but go by Jess 90% of the time.

Ye it's a weird reason to like the name but as a kid I thought like it would be easier to be a girl if I had a gender neutral name instead of my very masc dead name and Jess was the one I latched onto as the name I wished to have for years since childhood.
Also NGL the gender neutral one made girl moding less scary because it felt less like I was assertively saying I am a girl and instead letting other people arrive to the conclusion on their own and made times where I didn't pass yet less awkward because they could just assume I was just some fem guy instead of a tranner. I use it more interchangeably with Jessica I am more confident but now everyone just calls me Jess out of habit so eh.

Just find a meaning to your name that is better than that of the person who uses it.
dont care too much about that. unless its someone very close in you in your family (like a parent or sibling), it doesnt really matter. no matter what name you go with youll probably associate it with someone
first names are meant to be used by more than just one person, so just go with what you like best
