I want to wear a sleeveless shirt but they all have really wide neck holes and arm holes which just expose my gross pasty hairy body

What is your aesthetic, OP? It’s definitely a lot easier to style /fashion/ looks with layers, but it’s possible in the summer.

Wear darker colors to hide sweat easily. Also, if you’re going formal, unironically it feels cooler to wear a shirt and jacket. Jacket keeps the sun off and disguises sweat.

Also, keep a pocket square/kerchief/cloth on you to easily wick sweat away.

Wearing hat can always be a good first step. Adding more fabric may seem counterintuitive, but direct sunlight significantly contributes to overheating. As an aside, wear sunscreen when going out, it’s healthier for your skin. There are two main schools of thought when dealing with heat. You can wear breathable fabrics and weaves, or you can wear drapey dense fabric. With breathable clothing, you allow the body to best perform it’s natural defense against heat: sweat. You also benefit from any cool breezes that come through. With drapey dense fabric, the idea is to create a pocket of (relatively) cool air around the body. I should also state that looser clothing is a good idea even for breathable fabrics. If you want to confirm these ideas, look at images of traditional desert attire like what cowboys wore. I know it may seem silly, but you can see these ideas in effect.

I have not worn anything on my upper body for like 2 weeks. A nice pair of shorts is all you need to look /fashion/ tbh

I wear a stillsuit during the summer. My urine is recycled into fresh water and used as insulation against the heat.
