How do I make my leg muscles smaller?
I played soccer in Highschool, and got pretty big legs, especially calves. However my upper body is an ottermode/model physique. Im already eating in a deficit to get thinner.
Are there any products or peptides that would have this effect?
Will doing a ton of cardio shrink my leg muscles
I tried asking on /fit/ but they gave the the regular meathead responses:
"lift heavy to even it out" "I wish I had your problem"
Ottermode #3 is my goal body

    Anyway so what you want: stop training legs, eat less, thats it.

        The only people i’ve seen with legs like this and who don’t squat are german. Insane genetics.

        You have these legs because you SHOULD squatting. In a previous life you were a cripple, now you’re blessed with these babies and you’re COMPLAINING about it…sheesh, so lift something heavy.

    leg mass is very genetic, some people have bulky legs without a day of training and maintain them with a sedentary lifestyle. they won’t be toned but they will be big in this case. Some kinds of bodies are unnatainable for some kinds of people. Give up, dress for your body type, train to maintain health instead of intentionally trying to atrophy yourself, health looks good on everyone.
