Superstition is inherently satanic. It's like believing Santa is real. It's all in your head until you can separate what is real and what is not. Santa is real to a child. Demons are real to those who are ignorant. Your mind can easily play tricks on you if you are gullible enough to believe.

What I'm trying to say is if you "see" said "demon" then stare right back into its face and understand how it can't hurt you. Tolerate the fear until you conquer it then it will go away. It's all in your head.

This protocol has the potential to turn one into a natural lucid dreamer without the need for any conventional methods. Such as reality checks, dream journaling, or meditation. However, one has to be willing to progress to a high enough level.

    1. stop being a little b***h
    2. you're blind the first few minutes of paralysis, use that time to project somewhere else

This is how I do it:

1)Don't smoke weed for a few days at least if you are a stoner.
2)Think all day about having a lucid dream, especially from the minute you go to bed, and plan what you are going to dream and what you are gonna do in said dream with as much detail as possible.
3)Try not to diverge your thoughts from this, fight all other thoughts as you fall asleep but let yourself fall asleep.

That is how I lucid dream. It can take a couple days sometimes to have one, but it rarely fails for me. I should clarify that I started having lucid dreams when I was a little kid, so I might have it a bit easier than other people.

As for the sleep paralysis, just don't be a crybaby. They can terrify you but not hurt you.

If you find yourself paralysed you can do any or all of the following:
    a) Don't open your eyes
    b) try to fall asleep again
c)breath conciously and focus on one of your toes or fingers and try to move it, but don't stop breathing.
d)try to sit up with all your might, you might end up sitting with your arms still flopping to your sides but it usually ends the visions for me.

    Sweet dreams, anon!

Sleep paralysis is one of the best opportunities to induce a lucid dream.

By realising that the paralysis shot up your ass isn't just your physical body. You can fight and counteract it but you have to be lightning fast and train it with some dream entity so it entered your reflexes.
Train physically irl and martial arts. Keep doing your lucidity stuff and don't worry too much about the shit that happens.

Deal with the demon problem instead of being an eternal victim. Show your willpower.

you can't speak when paralysed, however. So if you could muster a word, you were already not paralysed :/

I had a lucid dream this morning and I have a question. When I was dreaming I found Amanita muscaria but I wasn't sure about eating it, I was afraid that my lucid dream would turn into lucid nightmare. So did anyone tried eating shrooms in your dreams, what might happen?

Whatever you want to happen in the dream, anon. That's the point of it being a lucid dream. If you can not choose the outcome in your dream, and you can not decide what to do in it, is it really a lucid dream or is it just a vivid dream that you remember?
Try an fly next time. Or talk to someone you miss. Or eat the damn mushroom. Your choice.

It was definitely a lucid dream. I tried to animate a gorilla statue but it didn't work. I tried to walk trough a wall but it didn't work either. How do I do magic stuff in a dream?
