So, is this about the Bible or the Quran? Because they're not the same. The latter claims to be the unaltered word of god, the former does not.
Hence a different critical standard must be applied when dealing with these texts.

Matthew and Luke give contradictory accounts of Jesus' genealogy. There's not really a way around it.
Why must you take it as a contradiction and not, let's say two lineages? Or a circumstance of levirate marriage?
OP, read the Gospels; Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Read them over and over again. Highlight or underline verses that stick out to you. There's a man named Cliff Knechtle who answers some of the hardest questions, and he backs them up with Scripture, logic, and historical knowledge. Most importantly, ask God to help guide you and allow Jesus Christ into your heart and soul. He will take care of you.

Where did you get this from? The Bible is not the Quran, the inerrant word of god.
Not him but that is objectively what the Bible was held to be for nearly all of Christianity's existence, and everyone remembers the Bible being called "the word of God" within their lifetimes. If this terminology is being dropped now it is purely out of cope because Christians are losing too hard.

If John the Baptist knew from the womb Jesus was the messiah and the Holy Spirit appeared at Jesus's baptism then why did John need to send some of his followers to ask Jesus if he was the long awaited messiah?
To convince his followers, not to convince himself.
Then why was Paul still encountering followers of John if John was already so convinced Jesus was the messiah?
I'm not a Christian but this is a dumb argument. There is a whole bit in one of the letters to the Corinthians where Paul is trying to persuade people not to credit him for their baptisms.
