    Morning:
    Cleanser (cerave or cetaphil one)
    Acne cream (salicylic acid)
    Moisturiser

    Night:
    Cleanser
    Acne cream (salicylic acid)
    Moisturiser

Once per week use a facial scrub before cleansing on either morning or night

Change your pillow cases EVERY night or flip your pillow and change every other night

Drink LOTS of water (~3 litres daily)

Avoid junk foods. Some say they don’t cause breakouts (including the UK NHS website) but in my experience, these processed foods do cause some pimples

    Also, STOP touching your face

Yes, they both work for sensitive skin. Some of them say some shit like ‘gentle skin’ on the packaging so get that if you see it. But really, all cerave or cetaphil cleansers are fine as they don’t have anything that dries out skin too much in them (unlike many other brands)

benzoyl peroxide in the long term to treat the ones with inflamation
retinoids to cure acne long term
moisturiser to treat the side effects of the above
don’t pick or let them bleed
      don’t take pills like acutane
don’t eat chocolate or dairy if that is a cause in your case

      you never had real acne

heck i know this would solve all my skin problems but i’m a compulsive picker and do it whenever i’m anxious, which is basically all the time. anxietybros, do meds help with this?

        >meds help with this?
I have severe OCD and I take literal schizo medication for it and it’s 1000x better. but you also need to consider if you want to permanently change your brain chemistry.
If you don’t care about that shit and you just want help like I do, then go for it.
you can also consider talking to a therapist for non-medicinal therapies for OCD, my advice wouldn’t work for you as we don’t have the same OCD symptoms but yeah

Ignore anyone telling you to apply chemical shit to your face

    >stop eating processed food, especially refined seed oils and sugary shit
    >get more sun and exercise
    >fix your sleep schedule. sleep when it’s dark, 7 hours min, 9 hours max.
    >if you’re doing anything to hurt your liver, stop it

      >Ignore anyone telling you to apply chemical shit to your face
Why? Skincare products are good for clearing up acne. Btw, chemicals = bad is not an argument.

I agree with your other points, but OP, if you go in the sun make sure you wear 50 SPF otherwise you are just going to make yourself look old

        >Skincare products are good for clearing up acne
95% of them do nothing or make your skin even worse. The 5% that do improve your skin only work so long as you keep applying them, making you addicted. It’s better to find out the root cause, and fix that, instead of wasting your money on millions of expensive products.

        >Btw, chemicals = bad is not an argument.
Of course it is. Your skin is porous and absorbs chemicals and toxins. If you’re going to apply anything to your skin at least make sure it’s not toxic first.

well i think theres some truth to that…

im autistic so i did an extensive research, it all seems useless, go look up the videos or pics of people who use these products, they look like shit anyway. Become completely obsessed with it or "muh cleared up" but in-fact they aged.

You can only do so much. Generally it’s the coloring or the way the picture was taken. Make-up.

Avoid sun. Change your bed sheets, wash your face twice a day, wash your hair, drink water, avoid stress.

This is pretty much all you can do.

also whoever says that food cause acne, it doesnt, not directly at least.

benzoyl may work for spot short term treatment, albeit ages your skin, so be careful with that.

Accutane if your acne is serve, but avoid until then.

You should also avoid alcohol and cigs. Otherwise the only product I would recommend is to moisture, however most people don’t have dry skin. You get it measured somewhere.

      >le evil chemicals
The whole world is chemicals. Why are you making an uninformed blanket statement that all chemicals are to be avoided?

      >Skincare products are good for clearing up acne

You’re pulling numbers out of your ass. False precision fallacy.
      > The 5% that do improve your skin only work so long as you keep applying them, making you addicted.
You’re covering your bases by saying that if you were wrong, you’re still right. Also, you’re making an unsupported claim saying your assumed working 5 percent of skincare causally makes consumers addicted.
      > Btw, chemicals = bad is not an argument. Of course it is. Your skin is porous and absorbs chemicals and toxins.
Skin being porous is irrelevant to your original claim of chemicals being unambiguously bad.
      >If you’re going to apply anything to your skin at least make sure it’s not toxic first.
      Now you’re backpedaling.

clean your face morning and night, cut out/limit dairy and sugar, take omega 3, zink and especially probiotics!!! you can either take probiotics or drink goat kefir, goat kefir is preferred.

for a lot of people acne is due to poor gut health. take care of your gut and it will thank you. probiotics / kefir helps with this.

Literally the most brainlet NPC response. I suffered from acne for longer than you’ve been alive. But don’t listen to me. I hope you suffer for your arrogance.

      > Literally the most brainlet NPC response.
      It’s true. Ad hominem.
      >I suffered from acne for longer than you’ve been alive.
      Anecdotal evidence. Appeal to seniority.
      >But don’t listen to me.
      Appeal to pity.
      >I hope you suffer for your arrogance.
      Irrelevant ad hominem.
      Keep talking, pizza face.

Accutane. You don’t need the stupidly high dosages prescribed by doctors/dermos though. 5mg to 20mg a day will work fine, with zero sides. It will just take a little longer
