This isn’t "twink death", it’s just Sam turning into a pig on purpose. Twink death isn’t a thing anyways, it’s just homosexuals who can’t accept that you’re not supposed to be pretty and andro forever. Total gay death

Yeah. Also sunscreen, proper nutrition, and drinking water. I’m pretty sure Hyde specifically got so hecked because of roiding and eating like shit, IIRC he doesn’t drink (number one twinkdeath cause) and he looked considerably better in World Peace than he did even a couple years after the show came out

I think it is part roids, part intentionally looking like an actual hecking alien in a human skinsuit. But he does have that first round of roids bloat going on.

Sammy is a steroid user and recommends androgen blockers. He is also a tall guy. I think it is hard to argue with the physical results of gear but the negative downside plays into his personality / characters. Aging fast can be prevented almost entirely by lifestyle choices

    You’ll still age.

    Death pervades.
    Its presence plagues me,
    Grips me; drives me.
    I cry out in anguish.
    I carry on.

I almost forgot about Cecil Drake in Seattle. Where has this person been? Last I remember you got priced out of Seattle, update your trip.

Never touch steroids, that’s the main culprit of your pic. Sunscreen, hydration, moisturizer, staying fit, eating balanced, keeping hair groomed, treating balding early, retinoid, (and multivitamin + fish oil might help but idk, mostly cope for bad diet).

I have rosacea and sebderm unfortunately wish makes almost anything I put on my face glow red. Sunscreen and retinol do it so I cant really use them….wtf do i do

I know he’s extremely hecking gay but have a look at James Walsh’s skincare videos, has the same and usually has great skincare recommendations.

        I have the same thing.

I use retinol 3 days a week and sunscreen.

You need high dose probiotics. 200 to 500 billion per day for 3 to 4 months. It dramatically reduced my rosacea and seb derm.

Also get ivermectin cream. It kills demodex mites which are what causes rosacea. Ask for a prescription from a dermatologist. That shit nuked most of my rosacea along with the probiotics.

Probiotics heal gut flora that is weakened. Demodex mites thrive on people who have poor gut health.

        Good luck anon.

I actually started consistently drinking a probiotic with 40 billion for about 2 months now. Thats not enough?

Ivermectin I tried to get but was completely sold out everywhere because of the pandemic. I can ask the derm next time.

I have the flakey and dryness under control, mainly I get pink/redness on my face. Every single sunscreen no matter what causes redness and the skin to instantly flake.

40 billion is nowhere near enough. your gut is composed of a undred trillion bacteria. you need to be taking 200-500 billion probiotics a day for at least 3 months to see a difference.

get on ivermectin too. good luck.

You already got your answer in the thread but yeah, the vast majority of the people who I’ve seen who still look young as hell all have the same in common.

    >No Drugs (Zero tolerance)
    >No alcohol (Zero tolerance)
    >No soda (Zero tolerance)
    >Extremely well balanced diet
    >Excellent sleep
    >They do not stress
    >Heavy Lifting and Cardio all day
    >Always hydrated. Always be drinking water.

That’s literally it. Make sure you get your daily multivitamins, avoid the sun, wash yourself with warm, not hot water. Everything like creams and shit is secondary when it comes to what’s listed.

Sam Hyde was never a "twink", he just aged fast. Went from boyish/youthful looking to straight up man ogre quickly

He also sounds less funny since his voice got deeper. Some voices just lend themselves to funnier deliveries, and his got worse.

No drugs, no alcohol, no 24/7 gaming, no energy drinks, no shit food, go to church, have a fulfilling job(no shit minimal wage job) and the most important h.i.t. t.h.e. I.R.O.N.

    >What things can I stop doing, stop eating so that my aging does not happen so quickly?
just think of eating less as a pleasureable act and more as a stop-gap. Meaning, only eat enough so you stave off hunger. Not to stuff yourself grotesquely. Also, aging happens when you put in effort physically (forcing yourself to do unecessarily stressful tasks). Just watch what you eat and try to eat more naturally-occuring food in nature. No processed.

Nicotinamide Riboside and/or niacin as nicotinic acid (slow release but not niacinamide) to help your mitochondria in your cells running at peak efficiency. Definitely sunscreen, and avoid the sun if possible. And vitamin D plus a multivitamin daily. Our food is deficient in nutrients from over farming and not replacing soil nutrients.

He was like 14 in left pic, that isn’t a graduation photo. He gained a lot of weight in his neck though and the hairloss is really bad.

Don’t get fat, avoid the sun, don’t take steroids, don’t take testosterone, cardio to keep your heart rate lower, practice deep breathing, keep your heart rate low overall (improving cardio), avoid stressing out (lower cortisol), lotion everyday, wash face with cold water and soap every morning
