I don't know how Canadian food assistance works, but I know a couple old people on food stamps that have tried to get the amount they receive reduced because they are getting way more than they need. They were told it can't be reduced because that is the standard amount everyone in their bracket gets.
there are no food stamps in canada, just food banks which give out dry goods like cans and pasta but there are so few.
Welfare is 500 a month, or if you were on Disability its capped at like 900 a month when average rent for a 1 bedroom is like 1200+ so its pretty bad
When I worked at a grocery store over 15 yrs ago this fat black lady dropped $450 in a single trip. I said wow, she was like oh I’m just starting. She bought half the rack of precooked bacon. No fucking shit. Just remember the food prices then too. Food stamps need reduced.
You'd be surprised how badly people shop.
Some lady wanted 4 fried chicken breasts from deli, cost was $7.95
Cost of a white meat 8 piece box with 4 breasts and 4 wings: $7.99
guess this is true, if i see a ridiculous price im sure the managers know it will sell in a reasonable amount of time to someone
>guess this is true, if i see a ridiculous price im sure the managers know it will sell in a reasonable amount of time to someone
They sell to the people who make a habit out of buying certain things and refuse to break the habit.
Many of those communities are basically make work projects, so they are often subsidized. But I doubt many of the local injuns would buy that... You'll have trades, researchers, teachers, etc., get shipped up to those towns for temporary work also, so those people would probably be the main target for really expensive pogo corn dogs.
I'd imagine the novelty would wear off though... These are very remote, very small injun towns. There wouldn't be a hell of a lot to do there. Although if one finds solace in being in one of the most unpopulated and remote regions of the world, that could work for you! Winters are a bitch though.
The scales only flag stuff for review if the weight is off by like 10% (just random error) and even then it is not all the time.
It is best not to use produce because that will announce "please place your bananas in the bag" and if the person observing thinks something is off they will flag it for review.
Step 1 >Buy corn dogs and keep package closed >Buy items that are really cheap but weigh the same (frozen potatoes) >Use a simple balance and find one that is as close as possible >Take picture of bar code , print on label >Do not label swap but hold the barcode over a random section of the package and scan, the barcode can be really tiny and it will still work like a thin strip of paper cutting off 80% of the height, that you can also crumple to oblivion in a split second.
That way if you have regular items that are costly (coffee for example) you can scan it without triggering then if get caught be like wtf? and they wont see any barcode swapping.
This works like really well for meat, double so if it is the same animal, cheap beef cuts vs. expensive. Make a barcode for 2lbs of beef trimmings and use it for steak.
You'd be surprised how badly people shop.

I used to buy these back in 2003 when I was uber poor for 4 for $1 or $0.25 each. I would get 4 a day for 580 calories each, and that would be my daily food. After Putin's Price Hike I went and found that not only are they 8 for $5 now or $0.62 each but they are only 200 calories each!!!!
Staple foods first (flour to make flat bread, rice, potatoes and eggs), then frozen vegetables then small amounts of meat. Cook every meal and don't rely on processed food.
Hey fellow poor boi here. I male 18k a year and buy nothing but fresh veggies and club sized packs of meat that i can breakdown intodaily meals. $100 budget per person per week is the rule of thumb. Look for the sales and always look for a cheaper alternative. Also packaged food is a scam because for what you can buy a large pizza pop box you can buy enough meat for a week. Also got to FOODBANKS they're a Godsend they serve lunch. Good luck fellow leaf.

Food banks run by churches
1.75 per!!!
>fuck that
Those are images from remote northern injun towns, where access is only by small plane.
how the fuck do they afford this?
guess this is true, if i see a ridiculous price im sure the managers know it will sell in a reasonable amount of time to someone

that sounds kind of fun

Step 1 pick up corndog box
Step 2 self checkout
Step 3 scan a candybar
Step 4 put the candy bar and corn dog box in bag
its done by weight retard, you use produce not prepackaged candy
The scales only flag stuff for review if the weight is off by like 10% (just random error) and even then it is not all the time.

As a neet you got all the time in the world to cook cheap and healthy food from scratch.
Frozen foods are for the tired workers.
Move to America.

How many years did that knock off your life?
probably not as many as accidently doing black tar for like 6 months
>bean and cheese
what the fuck

Stop buying goyslop and cook. If you have a yard, make a garden.
You buy staples and cook yourself instead of premade overpriced trash
