Hottest ticket in town...

I’m still convinced Tony bought all the tickets to say it sold out and had X revenue just to dump them at fire sale prices to fill the building.

Yeah it's probably just scalpers taking massive losses on AEW shows again and again and again and again. That's the most logical reason.

I dont even know why someone would buy those tickets. They're behind the stage, you wouldn't even be able to see.

What about the hundreds of other cheap tickets on sale for similar prices? Are they all behind the stage as well, or are you coping?

There are many sites with many tickets spread throughout them, the seats being sold are well over 1000 and one place has been selling tickets for 1-5 dollars for a week now, as shown in previous threads.

I worked at the United Center for 6.5 yrs... this is the saddest turnout I've seen since Verve Pipe.

And yes, of course AEW bought a shitload of their own tickets. If you can't control supply/demand, then you shouldn't be in the carny business.

It was, but now thousands of cheap tickets have now mysteriously appeared on the secondary market. Again.

Every time an AEW show happens, someone on this board becomes absolutely enthralled by the existence of scalpers.

Ah, those wacky scalpers... Buying thousands of tickets then giving them away for free or under 10 dollars a week before the show. What a business! Also, let's not say this show wasn't a sellout with high demand! Even though the tickets are 5 dollars and people still wont buy them.

I love their cope that it's just scalpers buying up thousands of tickets for every big AEW show, taking a massive bath every single time, but never changing their approach at all. Great business.
