Anything coming from the roman catholic church as evidence is automatically invalid bs, because roman catholicism is anti-christian xD

Christ said his followers will perform miracles. When is the last time a Calvinist performed a miracle?

What the fuck is a "calvinist" dumbass crosstard? The popes were and are roman emperors, roman catholicism is a roman religion and is all about roman traditions and rituals, that's why they introduced roman/babylonian theologies like trinity, "mother of God", eating paper plates, churches being mistaken as material buildings (cathedral = seat of power), that's why all the popes were and are de facto roman emperors. Yeah, paganists from all religions can do magics and miracles, but you cunts would call everyone else's miracles "satanism".
Im so fucking tired of your bullshit, you don't even follow what Your bible says. Your own fucking denominations contradict your scripture, that's not my problem.

            >Im so fucking tired of your bullshit, you don't even follow what Your bible say
Maybe the real answer is you're just a fucking retard who doesn't actually know anything beyond what you read on your schizoid conspiracy theory blogs? I'm going to trust St Augustine over whatever meaningless blather you spout about what Christianity "should" be. You read the bible wrong. Not the Saints, not the Church. It's your problem.

Extensive studies on dating have already been posted in the long infographic, above the documentary, but as per typical LULZ fashion, no one will even mention it in this thread, shitflinging is so much more fun.

                >After years of discussion, the Holy See permitted radiocarbon dating on portions of a swatch taken from a corner of the shroud. Independent tests in 1988 at the University of Oxford, the University of Arizona, and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology concluded with 95% confidence that the shroud material dated to 1260–1390 AD.[6] This 13th- to 14th-century dating is much too recent for the shroud to have been associated with Jesus

Radio dating is largely a meme regardless of the outcome. Different parts of fossils can be dated to wildly different ages, a fossilized animal that was fossilized while giving birth and its offspring were dated to wildly different times (can't remember what type of animal/fossil it was), and even living animals can be radio dated to be gorillions of years old. It's pseudoscience. They have to assume starting quantities, changes in rate of decay, and other factors and they just disregard all data that doesn't align with their world view. What I'm getting at is the flood is real and the fossils were formed during the flood, and the fossils and geology prove the flood wasn't millions of years ago and they prove the biblical account of history is supported by observational science.

Things that are truthful do not require a novel to explain why they are so. Can we get a tldr?

newgeology.us is run by a fundamentalist christian called John Fischer who thinks evolution isn't real and cherrypicks what he wants to fit the narrative he desperately needs to believe. Unlike the holy see, who sought out independent scientists to verify the validity of the shroud, dishonest christians will do anything to prevent even the most who-gives-a-shit hoaxes from being debunked because it would wreck their fragile bubble. Why does it matter that the shroud is a fake? Why would that dissuade someone's faith? Must not have a lot of persuasiveness to begin with

tl;dr jesus christ was tortured and falsely accused by satanists, then rose from the dead after 3 days and left the shroud and sudarium without opening it, defeating satan and proclaiming total victory forevermore. they cope about it literally to this day with escalating lies that only digs them deeper.

I think the crucifixion was a non-physical illusion and Jesus already ascended to heaven to wait for the end times at that point. Every artifact is a hoax, but the shroud in particular was proven to have a recreation by some artist.
