Hey guys any of you know how these work if they are connected to server or local database and if In theory if you would buy the printer components could you clone the codes or trick the machine in thinking it received more then it really got how fraud resistant are they really?
>hey guys can you help me commit fraud (a crime)
Go away.
In theory maybe I’m an ethical hacker who wants to solve a problem
Then you wouldn't be here, making help threads. Fuck off.
Geez you fuckers are worse then pol and biz combined
>In theory
Yeah but we're attempting to consider your case in reality.
Yes
read the news. done multiple times.
I know that why I’m asking
The best way to get information like this is to ask your local police department. I'm sure they'll be more than helpful.
this post glows brighter than the cumstains at the blacklight orgy
Omg fuck you guys this board sucks absolute golems no it’s not ethical my god live a little
I will go somewhere else you know they offer big money for this problem if you find the solution it’s been cracked so many times in a short time I’m just curious why it keep happening
You know this is consumer board and nobody knows shit about what you ask. Even if someone would know, he wouldn't share such thing.
glownagger entrapment thread
dont tell the retarded tranny OP shit
Put it back jamal
just crack it open with a crowbar like a normal person
Why would you even do it, you need a bottle or the machine will reject it and the cheapest way to get that bottle is just buy the drink than getting the bottles elsewhere and then selling them to the machine. It recognizes the shape, you cant even crush them or damage them much or they will get rejected. So there is no other way than putting real bottle there.
I dont think you can israelite them over in any way.
Where I'm from they only take glass or very hard plastic bottles, why would they take any type of bottle you can crush?
if you live in EU you will soon feed these machines with all bottles, from glass, any plastic bottles, to cans
in my country we have recycle containers few steps away from our homes, we just crushed it(plastic bottles and beercans) and once in a while threw them into the containers.
Now thanks to the almighty EU, we will have to return them to the store, drinks will be more expensive and you will get the money back after you return the bottle, so now we will have to drag uncrushed not damaged bottles (literally dragging large bags of air) to some store somewhere far away that has these return machines. Or i can still throw them into the recycle containers but wont get any money back.
I'm a spic, not a yuro. The idea (at least here) is that the drink company will clean up the bottles and refill them, the benefit to you is that it's cheaper per same amount of beverage if you remember to bring back the bottle to the store, the benefit to the company is that this is cheaper than making a new bottle, and the benefit to the environment is that reusing is better than recycling. It's why they won't take disposeable bottles here (I'd say plastic but some of the reusable ones are plastic, they're just thicker), they're unlikely to remain in good enough shape to be recirculated
Hi EUbro, because of this autism I've stopped pretty much buying bottles. Filter water in home, don't buy drinks n shiet, fuck that.
>put bottle in machine
>machine scans bottle and adds it to its daily total
>bottle is put into the magical land beyond the machine
>you get money
Do you see where the problem here is?
The machine records how many bottles are put into it. And eventually someone must somehow deal with all the bottles put into it.
Now small amounts you might get away with but it's not worth the risk. And as for big amounts, well eventually someone's gonna realize somethings fucked when one guy keeps cashing receipts for hundreds of bottles daily but there's only a few dozen bottles total at the back of the machine.
Now if you control back of machine then maybe you can get away with it. But that's assuming a third party company does not handle the return fees or the bottles automatically.
just buy a used one and figure out how it connect to what
probably still uses default network passwords
a bottle/can with a cord so you can pull it back doesnt work and will set offf an alarm.
i assume it only scans the barcode to know what type of container it is fed so i assume if you print out the right barcode it will accept anything
GIVE IT BACK JAMAL EL-KABOB
Geef het terug, Kwaku.
We are slowly getting the new gen of these, you put bottles in pretty much as fast as you can, and orientation does not matter, it's a pretty good system for keeping trash of the street, it's been a thing where I live for like 50 years.
