Hemi-Sync

Looking for advice on this. In short, I tried Hemi-Sync and fell asleep listening to the first series. I woke up feeling very strange, and I find it to be unpleasant. It's nearly identical to the sensation which developed after starting EEG guided neurofeedback some years ago. Essentially something in my mind detects it has been fricked with, and locks up. I go directly into autopilot mode and am left to watch myself say and do things with very little control. I lose large chunks of memory. I think and know what I'm feeling, but somatically I just feel a fuzzy sort of haze, hollow, empty vessel.

I've researched DID, internal entities, alters, trauma programming, SRA, etc, and the inner machinery and worlds they implant. There is a disturbing similarity. Other than that, I don't know. What the hell is wrong here?

    You do know that hemi-sync is a technique used by the government for actual telepathy, right?

    The principle is simple: you link both HEMIspheres of the brain to SYNCronize them, so that when you project your mind to someone they get the full thought.

      I already use telepathy on a daily basis and have since childhood. You don't need to synchronize the hemispheres (so far as I know, unless I hemisync all the time and am not aware of it). It's possible my means of doing this are not as potent or finely focused, and perhaps more internally destructive, however. Either way, I didn't like the result, really dulled the mind after only the first series.

    Tried Hemi-Sync as you have, except I've experienced such mystical visions. Had the sensation of my body rolling, even went upwards into a swirling hypercell and communicated with a pile of Corinthian helmets I had taken to be God. Never before had I felt such prime excitement and contentment in such a tumultuous and uncomfortable period of my life.

      Interesting. Perhaps that sense of calm, inner unity, and so on, is something my mind just rejects. I associate it with weakness and vulnerability.

        Even moreso that it ties in with something I caught in a previous thread;

        All those years of getting condescended and hamstrung by public school assistant teachers in reading/english class for being able to read faster than my peers (or picking books with numerous pages' worth of illustrations) or having a girthier, more voluptuous vocabulary compared to other classmates in my grade foster this bizarre sense of pride and confidence in my abilities rooted in self-pity and frustration. Vulnerability and weakness I refine into discipline and courage reminiscent of fight club through withdrawal and secrecy. Overreliance upon external validation - even in a lifetime full of invalidation and criticism - is still insecure and suicidal at its very core.

    those symptoms sound like depression. try eating a better diet, getting exercise etc.

    actually there is a scientific paper on how forcing yourself to smile tricks your brain into releasing pleasure chemicals.

    also if you think hemi-sync is the cause of your misery then may i suggest that you not do it anymore?

    I'm going to hijack this thread instead of making a new one.
    I did hemi-sync earlier today, just the beginning level for the second time. I have a lot of experience astral projecting naturally without the aid of audio, but I've never tried to remote view before. During my guided meditation today, I didn't astral project or leave my body at all. However, I had images pop into my head, like I was viewing scenes from a movie or some shit. The images were military related and I don't want to give too much info in case they can track me down. It was just a woman I saw performing specific duties at two separate instances, as her clothing had changed from one scene to the next.
    Is this what remote viewing is like? Did I accidentally remote view that? Like I said, I am experienced in OBEs and I know I did not leave my body.

    The modern widely circulated GWE tapes are adulterated by AlphabetBois to tune your brain to preordained brainwaves ~~*they*~~ want you to have
    The original audio is different, more intense and not ~~*manipulated*~~ and his helpful for AP
