Help me bros

I can’t deal with forehead acne. Even topical tretinoin doesn’t help. I use some cleansers like Avene or Bioderma and then I apply some non-comedonic hydration cream on my face but the pimples go away for 1 week and then come back. What do I do next?

    Have you fixed your diet?
    Do you avoid wearing hats/caps?
Are you sure you’re using the right products for your skin type?
Are you sure you’re not dealing with eternal "purge" reactions to some actives?

      I wear only winter hats
I ate some sweet stuff a few days ago
I change my pillowcase every 2 to 3 days
I think I might have some fungal infection as my scalp itches a bit. Could it be because of that?

You can try Nizoral 2% shampoo a few times a week, using it on your scalp as a normal shampoo but also doing your forehead. It’s possible you even have a reaction to some ingredient in your regular shampoo. Be sure the hats are cleaned regularly too.
Most fungal infections I’ve heard about involve rashes, not acne, and they usually affect enclosed body areas like the feet, groin, armpits. The exception might be fungal-related dandruff, but even then it seems to affect mostly long-haired folks who wear a lot of headwear.

There was a time 5-6 months ago (before the summer) where my skin was very clean. I was using micellar water to clean my skin throughout the day. Now it’s completely different (my forehead burns when doing high intensity workouts, it wasn’t the case 5-6 months ago).

Oh, and be sure to clean your pillowcases every few cases. I used to dismiss that advice as hypochondriac nonsense, but that was what did the trick for me after three years of struggling with minor acne breakouts. Could be a coincidence, but doesn’t feel like one.

I had a huge problem with forehead acne as well but, through trial and error, managed to figure out a treatment that works for me. I tried a bunch of the CeraVe shit like the standard and foam hyaluronic acid cleansers and their specialized acne cleansers with benzoyl peroxide for around 6 months; but not only did that shit not work, it made my acne worse. I also tried multiple different moisturizers and had no luck in changing things. I decided to look for some all natural shit and try that instead and found pic related, along with 2 other products I will reply to this post with, and they actually worked.

The original post is the cleanser. I splash some hot water on my face, rub it on until my face is dry, and then rinse with cold water. Pic related is the next step; I pat my face dry with a clean towel and then rub this on my face. It soaks in pretty quickly. I will post the moisturizer next.

This is the moisturizer and I use the dropper and put a bit on my finger tips and tub them together to make sure I am not drenching my face in the stuff. Then just rub it on my face making sure to not rub to much on the spots wear I am prone to acne.

Stop putting shit on your face, do the opposite. Simplify your life.
    >get shower head filter
    >use non toxic soaps
    >improve diet
    >stop eating/drinking processed shit
    >use aquaphor for total body moisturizer ion
If your skin doesn’t clear by that, see a dermatologist. 99% of peoples skin issues are caused by diet and external factors. Stop adding hebrewcreams and dumb shit to your skin it’ll only make it worse.

no amount of shit snake oil products is going to fix your skin or make you look better. stop eating like a trash can, drink water and get good sleep. If you still keep getting acne after that, then you really have some shit ass genes. good luck

Eat the same thing everyday (not really but practically), compile a list of foods you and don’t eat anything you won’t atleast eat ever ~3 days but practically everyday, this always your body to adjust to you food. the water your using could be completely hecked and theres not much you can do about it but for drinking water/cooking use bottle water (glass is better but plastic is fine as long as you don’t leave it in the sun). turn laptops, your phone the wifi router pretty much every technologic thing in your house off before you go to bed the earlier the better it’s up to you. get midday sun everyday, wear a hat and non nano zinc sunblock if you’re worried about sun damage. wash your face with rice flour, use raw honey face masks. make sure your teeth are clean before bed don’t leave bits of food inbetween your teeth. this is all i can think of that could help other than reducing stress and trying other medicinal creams or laser treatments, best of luck and remember that jesus christ loves you and he wants you to be with him.
