Because the answer is always the name.
Before a transplant you need to be on FIN for 18 months.
And after that you see what you should do.
But you don’t want to take fin.
      Therefore there’s nothing to say

    1. this board is dead, almost all the knowladgeable people have hecked off.
    2. you cannot be arsed to look for communities that have already come as close to solving this shit as possible
    3. you are talking about a transplant, but you did not start pharmacology yet, why is that? and what do you expect? yes, you will need to be taking fin for as long as you want your transplanted hair not to fall out
    4. you look hecking repulsive, you do not take care of yourself, "I woke up at 30 and now I look shit", nah you moron gay, you have been working to look like shit for the past 15 years.
    5. tied to the above mentioned, you just do not belong here, and you couldn’t even be arsed to look for hair related threads or other " I AM TOTALLY BALDING" threads, why would you get special treatment you waste of air?

      >yes, you will need to be taking fin for as long as you want your transplanted hair not to fall out
Source? Keeping in mind that transplanted hairs are DHT resistant and will not actually fall out at all.

        >Keeping in mind that transplanted hairs are DHT resistant and will not actually fall out at all.
But the hair BEHIND the transplant isn’t
If you don’t take fin the hair in the front will stay the same but you thin/loss the hair behind it creating this very weird hair loss pattern.

      • Anonymous says:

THE HAIRS ARE NOT DHT RESITANT WHO THE heck STARTED THIS stupid heckING NARRATIVE I WANT TO heckING STRANGLE HIS stupid ASS FOR SPREADING THIS BULL SHIT AND NOW PERIODICLY GLUE SNIFFERS LIKE YOU WILL heckING SHOW UP SPEWING THIS heckING SEWAGE HERE. IT’S AREA’S OF THE HEAD THAT ARE LESS ABUNDANT IN DHT, IF YOUR HAIR IS FALLING OUT THAT MEANS YOU ALREADY HAVE heckED FOLICLE GENES. SLIT YOUR THROAT YOU REPULSIVE 40 IQ WASTE OF CUM

If you are a euro, I recommend you to get one in Turkey. They are world leaders in hair transplant procedures and significantly cheaper than western Europe.

Hair roots at the back of the head are less receptive to DHT. Simple as. None of sperging will change that.

10 years ago you would’ve been right. Today there are too many rip-offs and malpractitioners in Turkey and the reliable ones can afford to almost match European prices due to long waiting lists.

If you’re already in Europe, go to Poland. Or even better, stop being poor.

I will have a hair transplant with Elithair and the price for 2000 grafts is 2150€. Hotel, food, transport, interpreter included. Will stay there for 2 days. In Germany, same procedure would cost 4000€

          • Anonymous says:

In my humble opinion, if you’re willing to fly halfway across the globe to a third-world country to save 1850€ on a medical procedure, then you probably have bigger problems in your life than your hair loss.

It’s impossible to get thick hair out of a transplant it’ll always be sparse. You’re depserately hiding your hairline so I can’t tell what norwood you are ubt I’m sure you can get back to a NW1-2 if you have tons of money

      • Anonymous says:

        I think that’s doable
Have you tried fin or minox yet? You should try them first before getting the transplant should get a bit of regrowth or at the very least you’ll maintian the hair. Fin will be a necessity after transplant so you don’t really have a choice either way.

          • Anonymous says:

Minox is a hecking meme btw, don’t bother trying. Only lasts as long as you keep it up and its hecking messy, leaves a crusty, shiny film all day on the spot where you used it, and it’s awful for your skin. You’ll get fed up with that shit after a few months. Yes it does work a little but holy shit it’s not worth it for the results.

your hair looks pretty unhealthy here. Should’ve buzzed it and learned how to maintain healthy hair at this point. I assume you probably kept long/mid hairstyles from 2013 til now.

    >31 with a young looking face
22 here, they still think I am like 16 or something, and I have got the same curse as you, my face has a very youthful look and won’t change that much, now unfortunately I am rapidly approaching norwood 3 and I am too In need to find a hecking solution, might hop on finasteride before it’s really over

    • Anonymous says:

      >norwood 3
      >might hop on finasteride before it’s really over
You should’ve hopped on finasteride one and a half norwoods ago.

Please for the love of God buzz your hair. You don’t have to go full bald, but trim it up and move on with your life. Holding on to that patch of hair is 10000x less attractive to women than being bald, which a ton of women are into, including my wife.

As a man, you need to embrace your masculine genetics. "Oooh nooo im balding! Better spend money putting pubes on my head to gain acceptance". Youre also 31. I started balding at 21. Cry me a river.

KYS. don’t know where you come from, but slit your throat, genetic garbage, you have stolen enough air, time to stop, furthermore your loan on carbon is due.

Im 31 and cannot stand this shit. i have a youngish looking face and i need my hair to be as thick and fluffly as your run-of-the mill tik tok zoomer. im very vain and im tired of wear a copecap. i literally want hair like noodle from gorillaz.

you’re obv balding but your hair still looks ok, your current haircut is honestly probably the best it can be in its current stage. its time to start fin, min and nizoral are optional but you need fin or its just gonna get worse. if you are worried about it just microdose it every other day and work your way up to a full dose if you dont notice any sides.

Just hecking embrace it. I’m 29 with a thinning crown and my daughter points it out when she’s sitting in her car seat behind me. So hecking what, you’re getting old dude.

Any of you tried the detumescence therapy? when i massage my scalp it itches and my forehead veins get huge

    • Anonymous says:

litterly worse dermaneedling as it does not damage the cells as well as improving bloodflow, and the community around it is a hecking cult. and all the speaking figures are bald.

        • Anonymous says:

I mean, there might be some improvement if you are already on fin, minox, derma, ketoconazole and you plan on wasting ~~1hr a day on intensive scalp massages but we prolly talking 5-10 % range

    • Anonymous says:

      >detumescence therapy
I wasted 40min/day for a year for this shit when its hype was at its peak around 2013ish

Yes it stimulates blood flow and makes vellus hair more prominent giving the impression of new hair growth.
No the vellus hair will never grow out and it does not make a cosmetic difference.

The only things that work are Fin+Minox and both come with significant side-effects for some people.

    1. go on fin, this is a necessity. the longer you wait, the worse it gets.
    2. wait for 3-6 months. add minox if you want, but keep in mind that once you use it, all regrown hair stays as long as you apply it (so you basically can’t stop if you start).
    3. do your research and find reputable surgeons. the best are probably not in your city or state so be ready to spend a ton of money.

watch „Hair Cafe“ as a good source.

I started trying to stop my hair loss, don’t know how long exactly, maybe a 3-4 months, but here is my routine and experience:

    Routine:
    >Take 1 finasteride tablet daily
    >Apply minoxidil morning and night
    >1.5mm derma stamp once a week
    >Nizoral shampoo twice a week

    Results:
The receding has stopped, or at least, slowed. As for regrowth, there are little hairs growing in the area where my original hairline was. There are quite a lot of them covering the whole area, so they’re not just hairs that haven’t fallen out yet, they’re new hairs from the minoxidil and derma stamping. If I continue this routine, I believe they will grow thicker and longer and will restore my hairline somewhat. But due to the results I’ve had so far, I would recommend doing exactly this routine, nothing less and nothing more. I’ve been eating like shit and not exercising, so I will improve those things and report my experience in a few months.

wow. shocking, so you have done the exact thing anybody that knows their stuff about fighting hairloss has recommended as the very minimum. And it worked? trully shocking

    You totally look 40.
Todays 40 year olds are not 1980s 40 year olds. People already expect you to be somewhat fit and have an okay skin.

the best way to work with a receded hairline is to crop it all really short and keep a little skullet at the back.

Atm your haircut is doing you no favours you just look straight up goofy. You have enough hair remaining you just need to do something stylish and play into your losses rather than salvaging them.
