Some men go completely gray by 30. I wouldn't worry about it I'm late 40s and had some grey hair by late 20 and still 95% brown today

I have had more and more pop up recently as the stress of life just keeps upping the pressure. I talked to a guy stocking shelves at his grandma's shop; he said his shit went half grey working in industry, then when he finally banked up enough to quit and retire the color came back.

It's normal. I get random white hairs and even an occasional blonde or red hair. I have naturally black hair.

I got my first grays at 18. Fully gray by 30. I'll be 33 in May. Don't dye it. Embrace it, zoomers ask me what hair dye I use because they think it's on purpose. Also, use purple shampoo that blonde women use, it helps keep it whiter and less odd looking.
