    You need to take melatonin, it will suppress the estrogen which is causes you to wake up at bad times. Otherwise you will get breast cancer.

      Same shit happens with me, 8 hours isn't enough sometimes, I need 9 and a half to feel fully refreshed, otherwise I'm just sleepy and feel like shit.

    It feels like shit doesn't it. And its so difficult to go to sleep earlier. This is something that's different about well-adjusted normalfags - they can have one late night but then be able to go back to bed at their normal time the next night. It's just impossible for me. And even when I'm waking up at a normal time (say 8am) for a few days in a row there'll inevitably be a day where I stay up til like 5am and totally fuck my sleeping pattern all up again. The cycle repeats over and over.
